Sought & Found: Did you visit J.Crew this {past} Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopped by a J.Crew store this past weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SPRING & SUMMER sale, or to see some new SUMMER arrivals {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store was/ is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

  3. Thanks, Gigi. I reordered the jackie shells that I ordered last week and haven't worn yet.

  4. With the in-store sale, do they make price adjustments? I just made a purchase from the sale section this weekend, and would love the 30% discount!

    Thanks ladies!

  5. Though I know they were not well recived by most of you, the woodbury crewlett had quit a stock of the jersey knit pant (a JCA love it or leave it on september 4th) for 18.20 with tax. I have found that they seem to be more versitile than I thought, though they are probably at there cutest when worn with a mens oxford and pair of flats or oxfords. Keep in mind I'm no sticky lass, I've got quite a rear on me, and I still find them to be quite slimming. I also found my attraction to them unusual as I am often a fan of the slouch (my jean collection consists of THREE pair of boyfried, one pair of trouser, and only one pair of skinny, and I usualy buy tees at least one size up).
The crewlett also had 4.99 favorite tanks, 12 doller artist tees, a varity of diffrent hued and patterned dropweist jersy dress for 19.99, and a pretty spiffy purple floral school boy blazer for 29.

  6. I did indeed visit this weekend, and made out like a bandit. Per usual, I HAD entered the mall with the intention of ONLY doing returns... but we all know how that goes :P

There were so many incredible sales over the weekend.

Best news was the following, though: in Madewell, I bought some full price and clearance items, and was informed by the SA that a few days prior company policy was changed, and student/teacher discount now APPLIES TO CLEARANCE ITEMS AS WELL! Yay! This doesn't seem to be the case at J Crew (my receipt didn't reflect it anyway), but this is wonderful news for those of you who like Madewell and for whom this discount applies :)
