Darlings, is it time for a J.Crew coupon code?

Yes, it is that wonderful time!

A huge "thanks!" goes t0 Matt, who is super nice to share with us that J.Crew is offering free shipping on orders of $150+ with promo code FVC7B2. This offer expires 6/14/10.

P.S. I have noticed that other blogs &
websites post J.Crew codes & coupons *after* this blog does. If you happen to get codes & coupons from the JCA blog & post them at your site, could you please give give a "shout out" to the JCA blog? This way more JCAs are inclined to share. TIA! :)

  1. Was sad when I trucked allllll the way over to the Columbus Circle store yesterday, only to find the sunshine peony skirt still at $64.99 (some JCAs have seen it for $39.99, aarrgghh!), no more pastiche skirts in my size, and no more canvas bow tops -- wanted some for my mom! They did, however, have the most enormous pile of sale tees I have ever seen -- it was like a mountain!

Also wanted to add that I finally got to visit a Madewell this weekend. Overall I was unimpressed. Maybe I'm too old for it? Very little appealed to me, but I did get a pair of worn 'n torn denim shorts on sale and a bottle of nail polish created exclusively for madewell by Butter of London. Pretty pinky red, $8. It felt like a boutique to me, but I found the cuts of the clothing to be odd as well as some of the detailing.

Was happy to visit IRL though and see for myself!

  2. Oh I like free shipping, but I am really hoping Jcrew puts out an additional percent off of sale coupon. That is something I could really use, I see a bunch of stuff that I won't buy without an extra discount.

  3. We Canadians need, NEED the % off plus free ship to offset the duty charged on our purchases... is jcrew listening? it seems it's been weeks and weeks since the last promo. can't pull the trigger on a bunch of jewelry, tees and sweaters without it!

  4. Finally found something in the new rollout that I really want and I think the quality and fit aren't bad but won't pull the trigger with 12.50 shipping. 20% off plus free shipping on knits and tees? Anybody? That facebook fans code is not helpful because any discount is negated by the stupid shipping cost of an item that weighs ounces!

  5. just came back from the mall and scored a bunch of ruffly tees and tanks from...are you ready?... Eddie Bauer! On clearance, all items were $19.99 or less (that's canadian bucks too). will stretch the jackies and featherweight cashmere cardi's and perfect shirts i already own. genius...

  6. Agree with Sandy that Canadians need a percent off plus free shipping since we pay a huge percent in duties and taxes on top of what the items cost.

For example, an order of $170 in merchandise without free shipping gives me a total of $234 - and then I have to pay exchange on top of that. It is simply too much.

You Americans don't know how lucky you are lol!

  7. Sandy - My husband likes Eddie Bauer's North Face-like line and while I was in there, I too was pleasantly surprised by their clothes. With some recent Jcrew shipment issues, I started buying more from LE but they don't have a diverse range of colors. I liked that Eddie Bauer did. My husband also had a 25% off coupon storewide, so that was also nice.
I kept thinking, this is not my mother's Eddie Bauer :)
