"Thanks!" to Claudia who shared with us that J.Crew has an upside-down image of the Favorite-fit chalk-stripe university pant (Item 97014; $148.00) on their website. I thought it was pretty funny to see the model upside-down. What is even funnier is that I did not even notice this until Claudia pointed it out! :)Did you notice that the image was upside down on the website (prior to the post)? Did you notice any of the other image bloopers (e.g. the missing hand)? :)

ReplyDeleteI ordered a yoga top yesterday (new arrival) and today the base price is $10.00 lower than yesterday, it is not on sale they just put the wrong price on it yesterday. CS can't adjust until it ships out.
How funny and sad at the same time...how about some quality control on the website, too?

I've never seen a more messed up proffesional website than Jcrews. Why dont they get some quality control on there site, it's really fusterating
ReplyDeleteThey were just a friendly reminder from some jcrew customers of a weakness of the jcrew's photo system. If you have the software and know the access, you can mess up jcrew's photo too.
