ReplyDeleteI've always been able to use 'not canadian speicfic' shipping codes when I place order online. Have I just been incredibly lucky or is that the case with others as well?

ReplyDeleteAlso - they have been honoring my educator discount on online orders (I simply e-mail them with the order number and ask them to apply it). Instead of crediting me though, they send me a gift card. Each little gift card adds up, but it seems like a strange way to do it! Has anyone else experienced this?

ReplyDeleteI emailed twice yesterday requesting the educator's discount and was told (by 2 different cs) that they were no longer honoring the educator or student discount with another discount. I could have it or the extra percent. I tried to reason/argue with them, but was firmly told no. I haven't tried to email again to see if I get a different response. My chief complaint was consistency, but they ignored that part of my email.

Well, I just sent the emails requesting my educator's discount...will see how it goes...it is for two orders and I just checked and they shipped! I did not use any other codes so should be fine...

I just received an email stating that I could not use the educator/student discount since I had used another discount code. Does anyone know if this new policy also applies with free shipping? Can you get free shipping and use the student discount?

Now, when I got 40% off I didn't even try for my discount....

anon, the problem is that some cs will allow the educator's discount and some will not. So, it's hard to answer the question.
Did anyone notice the email (at least the HARVEST email I received) states "Offer is not valid on telephone orders."? Bummer
ReplyDeletesame as the canada free shipping code i just tried to apply the code for a $250 order and was told by the guy on the phone that they are only for internet orders and said it doesn't work on phone orders.

I just received a shetland v neck in heather sage, great colour by the way, a floral dot Cambridge tie in navy and a washed favorite shirt in navy with a yellow stripe. Now don't worry they aren't meant to go together. The fit of the mens sweaters and shirts cannot be beat.
Nice to see the Canadians getting some love. Now how about another 20% off retail code?
