Yes, it is that wonderful time again! :)
"Thanks!" to Julie and Lesley who let us know that J.Crew sent an email offering free shipping with promo code PUMPKINS on orders of $125+. (Also, it works for orders to U.S. and Canadian addresses.) This offer expires 10/29/08.
Also, "thanks!" to Robin and Anon at 9:01AM (in this post) who let us know that that J.Crew sent an email offering free shipping with promo code PUMPKIN (sans the "s") on orders of $150+. (Also, it works for orders to U.S. and Canadian addresses.) This offer expires 10/29/08.
J.Crew also sent an email today offering free shipping with promo code BOOO on orders of $100. (This is the same code mentioned in this post.) :) This offer also expires 10/29/08.
YAY!! Keep the Free Shipping codes coming J.Crew, and send another one with No Minimum (like JUSTASK) while you're at it! ;) That would be FABULOUS!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Alexis
ReplyDeleteActually this e-mail says the promotion code is PUMPKINS (with an "S"). I received a different e-mail this morning with the promotion code "PUMPKIN" (without the "S") with a $150 limit. I guess there are two with different limits.
Mine was the TRICKORTREAT code that is FS with a $100 purchase. I am just soooo glad that they are giving these free shipping codes! Thanks J Crew!!
ReplyDeleteWhy do they do this...PUMPKIN for orders over $150 and PUMPKINS for orders over $125? I love J. Crew, but it frustrates me that some customers get one email and others receive a different one. Is this the difference of being a cardholder or not?
ReplyDeleteWhen will they update the sale section again? I am anxious for some new merchandise to be placed there.
ReplyDeleteWhile I love free shipping I LIKE 20% off codes...waiting for one of those!
ReplyDeletecode BOOO gives you free shipping on $100+ through 10.29...
ReplyDeleteLooks like many of us will be shopping. Like everyone else I enjoy a good code.
ReplyDeleteI am waiting for a 20% coupon code as well. It's been too long!
ReplyDeletej crew guy in canada: I won't be shopping anytime soon, I just did a big order and talk about sticker shock when I saw the Canadian exchange, in addition UPS routed the parcel to the wrong city.
ReplyDeleteI think the coupon codes will keep on coming to get consumers to buy.
i think they've added some new outerwear to the fall sale recently!
ReplyDeletei just ordered the plaza coat for $275 and they took a free shipping code! yippee!
I won't be biting...unless it is a free shipping, no minimum....I didn't get a chance to use the last one...JUSTASK before it expired:(
ReplyDeletecasual-crew: I totally understand what you're talking about. I am being very selective in what I order at full pop. Paying full price is one thing, but full pop plus 20% is another.
ReplyDeleteLucky for us we're heading into sale season.
j crew guy in canada: Try 29.5% as of Friday.
ReplyDeleteNOT RELATED to free shipping, but today I rec'd the Matilda Dress I ordered last week in the Fall Sale, which was decidedly not a FINAL sale -- for once. Right? Well to my surprise, the enclosed receipt indicated that the item IS final sale and not returnable!! I haven't had a chance to try it on yet, but if it doesn't fit, you can bet I'll be calling a customer service rep to dispute the FINALity of the sale.
ReplyDelete::sigh::
They just still aren't getting it *quite* right, are they?
Amy - Please let us know how the dress situation pans out. I think a lot of people ordered sale items when the "Final Sale" was removed. If it turns out you can't return those items, I'm sure there will be a lot of calls to Customer Service.
ReplyDeleteI will. I tried it on, and will be returning it. I'll call CS tomorrow to make sure I won't encounter any trouble when I take it back to the store.
ReplyDeleteEh . . . I'm a bit weary of online orders nowadays.
ReplyDeleteUPDATE on "final" sale item that wasn't final sale... ;) I called CS and they have made a notation on my order that it was NOT final sale and can be returned, so my retail store should see that and allow me to return it whenever I take it in. Glad they resolved it!
ReplyDeleteI wonder how many others ordered during the Fall Sale and had their purchase show up as "final"...
