J.Crew Free Shipping Offer & Fall (Not Final) Sale :)

"Thanks!" to Miramar (in this post) who let us know about both of the following. First, on J.Crew's website, they are offering free shipping with promo code FREESHIP on orders of $195+. (It's unclear when this expires.)

Second, the sale page has changed its image to say "it's here... fall sale". What is {wonderfully} absent are the words "final sale". Could it be true, after all these months, that the final sale is now gone? ;) Also, as Cass and Anon at 2:27 AM pointed out (in this post), J.Crew has reduced many of the sale prices. {yey!}
P.S. J.Crew sent out an email today (shown above) announcing the "fall sale" online and in-stores. Does that mean that the final sales in stores are over as well? If so, that would be fabulous! :)

What are your thoughts on the "fall sale" no longer being a "final sale"? Do you think the sale not being "final" will last until after the holiday season? {I hope so!} :)

  1. YAY!!! It's about time! :) I sure DO hope this lasts until after the Holidays...in fact, I wish they would decide to NEVER bring back Final Sale!

    ReplyDelete
  2. I have noticed that some of the prices went down after the 20% expired. Tees that were $29.9 are now $19.99 hmmm I have seen this before when the extra% comes off.

    ReplyDelete
  3. The final sale being over is great...

    $195 minimum for free shipping....what a joke! I don't call that a coupon!

    ReplyDelete
  4. This is good news about final sale! Not always sure of sizing, what a relief to be able to buy a couple of sizes and keep the one that works.

I hope J. Crew considers offering free shipping permanently, as a basic incentive and without requiring a code. Perhaps, they could start with their card members. It would be nice to be able to participate in other promotions without losing a portion of the savings to shipping costs. I would be content too with just having flat-rate shipping.

  5. I was so excited to see the removal of final sale this morning i couldn't get here fast enough!! I'm going to my B&M today so I will report later if there are any changes there!

    ReplyDelete
  6. $195 is too high, I wish they would go back to the $100 minimum. JUSTASK no longer works.

    ReplyDelete
  7. While I am happy final sale is over I am bummed that I gave in yesterday and ordered some items - all still on final sale, of course.

Oh well, I was able to utilize the JUSKASK code for free shipping. I knew that wouldn't last though...........sigh, if only Jcrew would offer the same perks BR does.

    ReplyDelete
  8. The JUSTASK code has expired.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I wish they would offer a flat (reasonable) rate for shipping, like $6 per order. $195 is still steep. Also, no final sale, bec. w/ the internet, how do you know, ie, if an item is not at the store anymore?

    ReplyDelete
  10. It SHOULD be free shipping with $195 automatically with NO CODE NEEDED....

What a shame JUSTASK no longer works but no surprise...knew once JCrew spied and saw it on this blog it would be gone and FAST>>>>

    ReplyDelete
  11. I think J.Crew should offer free shipping with the credit card, like BR.

I am not currently a JC card holder and don't see any big incentives. But if they decided to include free shipping, I would sign up in a heartbeat!

I imagine they would make up the cost in people using the card, interest rates, etc.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Finally..Big sigh.. I was annoyingly tired of FS, now if only more promos could come our way.:)

    ReplyDelete
  13. WHAT? JUSTASK expired??? So fast?
Oh, well, no one saw that was coming, right?:)
Tsk, tsk, so much for a good thing.

  14. Hi all! Not sure if this the right post for this, but I have a "style" question. I covet the Favorite-fit Academy pant in Sweet Potato. I tried them on in my B&M last night and they look fantastic. My only concern (echoed by a surprisingly candid SA) is that they will scream "so last year" if I wear them beyond this fall/winter. And $79 seems like an awful lot to pay for something that will only be "in" for one season. They are obviously classic in every way besides the color, I just think that shades of orange will be easily identified as from '08. Thoughts?

    ReplyDelete
  15. I'm sorry to see that JUSTASK is gone. Luckily I managed to score a few deals with it. As to the removal of final sale; things looked pretty much the same as they have the last while on the mens side. I'm beginnig to be very jealous of all the choices the ladies have. Maybe things will perk up for the guys soon.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Yes, JUSTASK may be gone, but I just tried, and RCLK is *not*!

Do the math girls, sometimes RCLK will be more helpful than free shipping offers, so always make sure to check both and weigh your options before assuming that FREESHIP will be better! :)

For example, I'm considering buying 4 items for a grand total of $239.67. With FREESHIP I save $17.50, but with RCLK I save $20.75. Perhaps only three dollars, but still a good thing to realize! Hope this helps.

    ReplyDelete
  17. But if you return the items you are out your shipping costs....that is why I prefer free shipping...

    ReplyDelete
  18. FREESHIP works as of 9:50am 10/22/08.

i HATE how things will be taken out of your shopping cart while you're shopping and even while you're checking out. incredibly rude.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Bummer that the supposed "eternal" JUSTASK is gone already. So much for that hot tip! Is it me or has JCREW had a ton of incentive codes lately, do you think its because all of the screwups with the new computer system and the shoppers it lost? Or, because the price points are skyrocketing as of lately / shoppers spending less? Just a thought. On another note, I just got an email that a $25 gift card was being shipped out to me as it was an order with tracking number, most likely due to my CS guy. Reason, not sure, just placed two large orders with no problems yet, and I had a minor glitch a few weeks back but no biggie either. To be honest, I am baffled why this is coming to me now as it would have been much more comforting to me in the midst of my 2 month long struggle with numerous orders (which I got a gift card finally when I pretty much had enough). Strange. Any thoughts on that are welcome, its puzzling me.

    ReplyDelete
  20. What "WE" have been asking for is free shipping with no minimum like JUSTASK...

This opening page on their website has got to be a joke (or slap in the face to all on this blog...)

"WE" had free with no min. for a few days (I didn't use it b/c nothing to exciting in my opinion to buy...a rare moment for me:) Now it is gone with this so called promo???

    ReplyDelete
  21. Did anyone else get an e-mail from J.Crew about signing up for a credit card - and 20% off your first purchase? This is more than the 10-15 usually offered.

Then again, you all may already have the J.Crew CC! :-)

    ReplyDelete
  22. It is good that Michael didn't mention about RCLK, otherwise, that will be gone too. Great thanks to Michael's comments on JUSTASK! It won't be gone that quick if he didn't mention that "insight".

    ReplyDelete
  23. Abstract Rose Print Dress is in the sale section in sizes 0, 2, 6, and 10. I know there were a few people looking for it....

    ReplyDelete
  24. So wait, if you return +$195 you get free shipping, too?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Since they lifted that "final sale policy" I ordered 3 lame shirt and the holiday alpine skirt. I think that skirt will be lovely for some holiday hostessing. RCLK worked for me too.

    ReplyDelete
  26. OT, just wanted to mention that the sizing for the Crystal garden ring is not consistent. I stopped in my B&M (17th & 5th, extra 30% off sale items) last night to pick one up (in black, so so pretty!), and I had to try on about 5 different size Small before one fit properly.... the others were way too tight, and a Medium was way too big. Also, sorry to see that JUSTASK is gone.... luckily I was able to use it yesterday on an order. While it's wonderful to see FINAL sale disappear, unfortunately I don't see anything new that I want... I think I ordered them all already!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Beware! The infamous "cancellations" are still in effect. I had placed two orders of new catalog items. One is fine, the other is dead in the water. Two items cancelled, one may be out of stock for real in my size (although I find it hard to imagain a rush on the giant starburst ring as its a bit out there!), the one is "in stock" online and clearly a mistake. The third item is "open" and in limbo since the other order is already shipped from same day. This spells "not coming" to me! Anyone else get the plume clutch cancelled on them? Or sent to them? I placed order last week. It would suck if I got the heels and miss the shoes due to some stupid glitch. I never had an order "re-ordered" if it was in stock in truth as that mass email stated either. So far I am up to about 10 plus items cancelled on me in the past 3 months. Not good! Again, maybe why all the promo codes as enough is enough!

    ReplyDelete
  28. They've finally started cracking down on my double promotions! I used a free shipping code and then emailed requesting the educator discount. They wrote back saying they wouldn't give me the whole 15%, just the difference after the free shipping was credited.

    dang.

    ReplyDelete
  29. "The JUSTASK code has expired."

Good job, Michael. I guess someone showed him that his eternal freeship coupon wasn't up to him to decide when it would be over...that's why I don't trust anyone in that company who posts on this board.

  30. Club Monaco is giving 20% student disccount. This is competition

  31. OT:

I just discovered Fifi Lapin - http://fifi-lapin.blogspot.com/. Such a chic little rabbit! She's on Polyvore and has included in her set of tees she likes, 2 JCrew tees, including the Rose tee!

    Fun!

  32. OT- does anyone ever sell jcrew stuff (new or used) on ebay? i've sold a lot of final sale stuff in the past, just to make my money back when it didn't fit, and never had any problems. now i'm getting rid of some stuff and keep having ebay cancel my listings! i guess it's because i used jcrew photos, but that's never been a problem before. are they getting more strict?

    ReplyDelete
  33. ebay cancels your listing only after jcrew informs ebay you violated its copyright. I guess jcrew has tightened up its monitoring of ebay listings.

    ReplyDelete
  34. ugh- j.crew website down again as of 11:24 EST.

"be back soon" message is up.

    ReplyDelete
  35. OT-WARNING-NEGATIVE ALERT:
Why are tissue T-necks $40--that's absurd. I like them and I know they are great but that price is :(

Why are the Tartine's that are almost long gone in stores still full price online?

I am bothered that things still show on the sale site when they are gone. Why do we have to click it to find out they are out of sizes--the picture/item needs to drop off the site when it is gone!

You know J Crew is wonderful, in fact, top-notch with how they style their clothing but they missed the boat on a couple things...
It's good someone here gave a nice mini review of the Lea Cardi as it looks so weird on the model I was outta there without a chance of wanting this one. With the review I would consider trying on in store to draw my conclusion.

Same with the absurd geometric tweed mini in the new skirt arrivals. That look is so disproportionate I cannot figure out how they let that go to press-eww.
I agree with others--free shipping or flat rate. Enough of all this garbage. I wish they would get with the program. There are other upscale retailers and retailers in the same price point offering free shipping everyday, all day with certain $ amount or at the very least a very reasonable flat fee, say $7!
I guess I am venting in hopes they will look at this and make some changes for what its worth--thanks for listening.

On to the positive:) someone was begging for the glass button merino cardis and another merino to go on sale and they are:)

Otherwise--I love you J Crew!! I know--very contradictory--it's a sickness! I think jcrewjunkie was the better fitting name for me!

    ReplyDelete
  36. JUSTASK did not work for me either, but the 10% RLCK did. So that helped a little with the shipping. A shirt I had been looking for was back up on the sale and it had been gone for a while.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Off topic but - does anyone have the Argyle Dream Cardigan. It is sold out on-line in the color I want but I am wondering how it fits. It looks like it runs pretty small. Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Those of you that just bought cambridge cable cardis--how are they fitting? Like jackie--or bigger?

Those that bought their regular size--does it fit over long sleeve-like the victoria comfortably?

    Thanks for any info!

    ReplyDelete
  39. FYI, JUSTASK for free ship didn't work for the dream tie sweater I just tried to order (on sale). Guess I won't be placing an order today :(

    ReplyDelete
  40. kate, I have the Dream Argyle and I'd say it fits more like a Jackie - my dream tie is an XS and fits perfectly, but the Dream Argyle cardigan in XS would've been too small. The S is perfect on me.

    ReplyDelete
  41. as long as there is an additional % off sale items, it will still be final sale instore.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Didn't someone say they got the blue velvet Ecole for sale plus add'l % off? What store was that?

    ReplyDelete
  43. covert5...I would size up in the Cambridge cardigan if you plan on wearing a long sleeved shirt under it.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Fabulous! I saw it this morning. How about free shipping, that would be very nice!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Is it just me or is the merino glass-button cardigan not actually on sale? When I click on it it goes back to full price. Anyone else?

    ReplyDelete
  46. Anyone have any thoughts on the Whitney knit skirt, now in the sale section? It looks like a great basic for work, but curious as to whether anyone else has tried it on or owns it.

    Thanks,
    Jen

    ReplyDelete
  47. Has anyone been to a b&m store today? Are they still having an extra % off?

    ReplyDelete
  48. OT - has anyone tried on the Quinn cami, or seen it in person? I am thinking it may be cute under cardigans but I am unsure of the fit, and have yet to see it at my B&M.

    ReplyDelete
  49. :( No swim wear in the sale section as far as I could tell. Disappointing too, as I've started a new swim class and need another bathing suit.

    ReplyDelete
  50. yep, as of today my B&M is still extra 30% off, but signs still say ALL SALES FINAL. I guess if you are getting an extra percentage off it is always going to be final sale. At least you can try on in the store.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I agree with lily. The website is still cancelling items from the new November catalog that are still in stock. I place two orders and one had one in-stock item cancelled. I didn't bother to call because it seems like every time it took them about twenty to straighten it out. I just placed another order with the new free shipping since mine was over 195.

    ReplyDelete
  52. There is swimwear on sale but you have to use the "search" function. i did "swim" and all the suits came up.

    ReplyDelete
  53. OT and I have already posted this before but do any of you know of a B&M that is still carrying the Sequined chiffon-ruffle cardigan for promo price in small? Sorry if this has already been answered...

    ReplyDelete
  54. I was going to place an order now that final sale is gone...but now that JUSTASK doesn't work...well, maybe not! I'm sorry but I think that it is ridiculous to pay $12.50 to send me a few t-shirts.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I thought the Cambridge sweaters fit a little more snug than the other JCrew sweaters. I also felt like the Cambridge sweaters had really long sleeves. I would say they are about the same length as the cashmere long-sleeve tees.

Overall, I wasn't impressed with the wool quality--thought they were very itchy. Just something to keep in mind if you are buying multiple colors.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I bet the final sale will be back. I'm giving it two weeks, if that. JCrew loves the final sale.

    ReplyDelete
  57. anon @ 1:31pm...I saw some of those cardis at the Oklahoma City JCrew on Saturday. Or it may have been the sparkly argyle cardi.

    ReplyDelete
  58. WOO HOO! I am SOO glad the final sale is over. I absolutely hated it. J Crew has so many pretty colors but lets face it, the colors online may look pretty but you really need to try them on to see if it flatters you. So, now that the final sale is over, I did place an order this morning and took advantage of the free shipping code.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Jen, re the Whitney skirt. I have tried it on and it's so flattering (and forgiving). The shape is just the perfect pencil since I'm a pear and don't need any more emphasis on the hip area. ;) This doesn't come in too tightly at the knee.

The material is sort of stretchy but thick so it doesn't show every imperfection (which I LOVE). I found it tts. I left it behind at the b&m initially because it was FP at the time but now that it's on sale, I'm going to grab one for myself! :) HTH!

    ReplyDelete
  60. btw, Love the free shipping offer, HATE the high price requirement! The wording is hilarious..."just what you've been waiting for" Hmmm...really? at $195? I don't think so. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  61. Oh, sorry, one more thing, I too am THRILLED that Final Sale is gone! FINALLY!!!

    ReplyDelete
  62. What are you talking about? $195 is do-able. W/J.Crew pricing, it's like buying ONE item at full price these days...:P

    ReplyDelete
  63. I know this has been BEATEN to death, but I've never discovered the answer to this:

Can you combine Free Shipping with the Student Discount?

    ReplyDelete
  64. There are still problems with the website, some orders are going through fast and others are getting stuck in the system. I placed 2 orders, one on Friday morning and the other on Sunday, the Sunday one shipped, the Friday one sitting in Open status no sign of a tracking #.

I received the catalog today I found the colors different from on-line, I wish I waited to place my orders I would have held off on a couple of items. Live and learn!

    ReplyDelete
  65. I agree w/Weab, $195 is ridiculously high, particularly considering it was free shipping w/no minimum just yesterday. It's hardly what I've been waiting for.

    ReplyDelete
  66. To amanda,

By some recent jcrew policy, you can not combine student discount with free shipping. However, you can ask. Just ask :=) You may let you combine as a one time courtsey. As noted by Michael, the jcrew employee wrote the post on Sunday, they may keep a record of the number of time you have been asking for that.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Just ask! Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person bending over for this company. Shipping charges, meanie CS reps, impossible policies. If nothing is written in stone, why am I so butt hurt?

    ReplyDelete
  68. covert5 - The cambridge cable cardigan fits larger than the jackie

    ReplyDelete
  69. I am also wondering about the Quinn cami...has anyone seen it in person? Also, is the Whitney skirt on sale in B&Ms? Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  70. covert5: I am in love with the Plum Cambridge Cable Cardi and got the XS which was "roomy" on me. I paired it with the Sweet Potato Marcella and it looked gorgeous, however, I just kept fiddling with the sleeves all day as they are not only long, but kind of loose if that makes any sense.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Yeah! Final Sale is over for a time:)

Boo! for such a high minimum to get free shipping!

    ReplyDelete
  72. My BF just got a catalog this morning with a free shipping code for orders of $150 or more. It is good until 10/30. Enter J27L34S during checkout to get free shipping.

    ReplyDelete
  73. jcrewjunkie: Do you find the Cambridge Cable itchy?

    ReplyDelete
  74. Off topic: Macy's is offering free shipping if you spend $99 with code 150BDAY. There are some limitations on what can be shipped for free (like mattresses or Coach items). The offer is good through 10/26

    ReplyDelete
  75. I just don't understand, and probably never will about why you can't combine free shipping with an a student/teacher discount

I understand not being able to combine TWO discounts, or not allowing discounts on sale merchandise etc. but using just the student discount only negates the discount because I'm paying for shipping and vice versa -- so what exactly is the point of the student/teacher discount? I don't feel very valued despite what J.Crew might tell me.

    ReplyDelete
  76. 15% is better than nothing, even if you have to apply it towards the shipping you are paying 15% less than others.

    ReplyDelete
  77. alee - you have to get to the cardigan thru the sale section (not all colors are on sale).
sooner_girl - 30% off at my b&m (still final sale)

    ReplyDelete
  78. I have also had the problem with eBay cancelling my listings. The most aggravating part is that they cancelled them with no explanation! If you want to use a JCrew picture, just make sure it's not the picture that shows up as the gallery photo. They won't catch it unless it's obvious without actually clicking on the auction.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Well, you're really not supposed to be stealing photos from j.crew...that's an automatic red flag when they do a general search on ebay and they see their own pictures. Just take them yourself and you shouldn't have a problem.

    ReplyDelete
  80. I just came back from the Rockefeller Center and Columbus Circle stores, they are still having 30% off, still final though. Also, Columbus Circle had the Juliet pumps in light pumpkin, bright peacock, and buttercup for $79.99 -%off!! Also the Serengeti peep-toes and flats, Lizzie mocs, and perfect flats or whatever they are called. Rockefeller center had some as well, but hardly any left I think.
I know others have found the Juliet pumps uncomfortable, but I didn't have a problem with them. The Serengeti peep-toes are really gorgeous too, though again the practicality of having a hole in your shoe in the winter is questionable...

    ReplyDelete
  81. Review Time!

Quinn cami (99696) - feels very similar to the Joelle. Quite thin, pretty see-through actually (can see my belly button through it - eek!). Long, hits at mid-hip on me. BRIGHT fuschia is such a pretty color, but the thinness alone makes me think it will go the way of the Joelle and Amelia camis (read: Final Sale, $19.99). Is the Victoria thicker than this?

Wool shift dress (10478)- Unlined, and itchy! I was hoping that this could be my LBD, and the cut is pretty great, but the bottom hem is kind of tight, and maybe even a little poufy. If it were lined, and the bottom hem was not taut, it would be a keeper.

Wool-cashmere Harriet coat (99222)-Ladies, I have found my camel coat! It's Heather Acorn, but I really can't tell the difference in color between this and the Camel Dana coat. Anyway, it is so simple that it is exactly what I was looking for. No shirring, no too big collar, it fits great from top to bottom. Yay!

    ReplyDelete
  82. after reading this blog, i did "just ask," and now i am able to return something from the final sale. i would have never worn it (corduroy peplum jacket) due to the size and cut, and i didn't want to bother doing the whole ebay thing. i assume, though, that it helps that i've never returned anything before. the jacket was a total fluke for me.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Can someone do a review on the garden bracelet? Someone in another post mentioned that it was loose and you can't adjust the bracelet?

    Thank you

  84. I am so frustrated with J.Crew! I tried to order a few items online today, the first time since this summer as I had too many canceled and screwed up orders to make ordering their clothes worth my while, only to have their website crap out on me yet again. Then, when I try to call and place my order and after telling the CSR all of my info, she tells me I need to create a new customer profile as mine is on the old system. I'm so frustrated. J. Crew is my go-to place for clothes and I'm trying almost everything I can to buy there, but the shopping experience is such a bad one it's just not worth it anymore. Plus, their shipping charges are ridiculous.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Hi all,
I'm looking to buy the Carrie dress and the Whitney skirt - does anyone have these items or tried them on? I saw one comment about the Whitney skirt above, though I would love more input!

    Thanks :)

    ReplyDelete
  86. I'd love to drive to my nearest B&M store in Orland Park, Ill., but haven't had time. Is there anyone out there who might be able to list a few things that are newly on sale in the B&M stores? And by the way, does anyone have the ruffled henley T-shirt? Is it as cute as it looks? And was it in the stores or just on-line? I was in a store a week ago and didn't notice it. Thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  87. silver lining:

this may be "old fashioned" but I do this still a lot....if you really like the dress can't you wear undergarments such as a camisole and a half slip or full slip???

    ReplyDelete
  88. anon 6:06 - that's a good idea, and I think I may actually have a slip so I'll give it a try. I was just so put off by the initial itchiness I was ready to write it off, but the cut is great! Thanks for the advice!

    ReplyDelete
  89. I was so irritated to realize today that the just ask code (that was not supposed to expire) had indeed expired. I did use the 10% off code though. I was able to score the peacock blue seize the day shirt.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Off topic: can someone help me out with an item #? In the recent new arrivals, there was a bangle bracelet that was black--i think it is sold out because I cant find it on the site. Any know the item number? Many thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  91. math teacher: Thanks to you I was able to score a Plum colored Peacoat w/Thinsulate!! :)

casual-crew: No, I don't find the Cambridge Cable cardi to be itchy at all, and I have very sensitive skin when it comes to things such as that. In fact, I am wearing it right now because I am cold and it is soft and warm. HTH. :)

Also, for anyone who didn't see my comments in the Coat posts...the Metallic Vita cami is awesome! The fit is very generous, so size down if you are able to do so (I am not since I already wear a 0). Since I wear all my "fuller" tanks and blouses tucked in (Lydia, Elizabeth, Amelia, etc.) this wasn't a problem for me. I paired it with my Butterfield Cashmere Sweater Jacket in Heather Silver, my Astrid w/Berries in Charcoal, and my Merino Lea Cardi in Dark Peony and it looked phenominal with all of them! The silver is very muted and not garish at all so it gives the sweater or jacket a very polished look. This seems to be a very versatile piece that can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion!

Issy Sweater Jacket: I think that the price for this is rather steep, but it looks so nice on. I paired mine with a black tank, jeans, black boots and the Zebra bracelet and it looked very chic! The neckline is so feminine and frames the face perfectly. The only complaint that I have is the sleeves which are very tight in my opinion. I would liken them to the sleeves on my Dream Tie Front Cardi.

Dream Simone Cardigan: This was super soft, but did nothing to warrent the $158 price tag in my opinion. I sent it back.

Merion Lea Cardi: I got this in Dark Peony and love it...especially the buttons which are very sparkly! I got the Victoria Ruffle Shirt to go under it and the two together look stunning. My main complaint with the Victoria blouse are the loose sleeves even thought I got a petite! To remedy this I am going to try setting the buttons over since I have super skinny wrists and need something more fitted there.

    ReplyDelete
  92. jcrewjunkie - what does the Dark Peony look like in person? Sometimes when I look at it on one computer monitor, it looks pinkish, and on other monitors, it looks like it has more of a plum tone ot it.

Also, I have to share my excitement because I got the Sea Glass gold-square banded halter and the Sea Glass gold-square french hipster bikini for my upcoming trip to mexico for $23 after my student discount!

The Dark Peony runs more along the Plum tones except that the color is deeper and richer. It is a very pretty color. :)

  95. I live in Birmingham, AL, and went over to the b&m at the Summit today. They are running 40% off sale items, and the sale section is well stocked with lots of sizes. Lots of blazers, skirts, tees, etc. The 40% off is final sale though.

  99. The women's sale section is the smallest I've seen it in awhile. Does this mean they've finally succeeded in getting rid of a lot of their inventory?

  101. Thank-you JCrewjunkie, I will be receiving my spearmint cardi next week.

  102. casual-crew: Will you please give me your thoughts on the color when you receive your cardi next week? I think that the spearmint color is so pretty.

  103. jcrewjunkie: I will let you know, I noticed in the catalog the spearmint looks more on the yellow green side compared to the green blue tone. I was hoping it will go with the Bright Peacock color.
