    Getting another chance at reduced prices for outerwear if you had second thoughts about not ordering with the STYLE25 promo?

    I was able to use a coupon code on top of sale prices for an excellent deal!! If you need a coat and have one of the codes floating around now's the time to buy :)

    Just have to say that I have been very impressed with JC's customer service, and several of their employees' friendliness and willingness to help lately. Sure, I encounter the occasional snooty/uninformed employee, but everyone can have a bad day :) Yesterday I received a package that had been mangled by UPS, and the item was damaged (boo!); the lady at the 800# couldn't have been more helpful. She immediately credited my account for that return and processed a replacement order--about as hassle-free as possible for an issue that wasn't JC's fault.

    This is a random recommendation: love, love, love the fabric, comfort (and even the shape) of the Port of Call sweatshirt but not the smattering of words. Please make these plain, in navy and other fantastic J Crew colors! Thanks for listening:0)
