Just checked the sale section and there are a whole ton of new items. Wanted to give the heads up to everyone :)
ReplyDeleteThe neckline on the Slash Ruffle Tee item 36177 is very flattering. It's a thin top & runs tts. I don't recall the neckline being too low.
ReplyDeleteDid they release new merchandise?
Did people suggest sizing down on the Stripe button-back tee? TIA :-D
ReplyDeleteHi pathos - yeah, sizing down was definitely the consensus here.
ReplyDeleteThere are a bunch of new arrivals on the site. Who knew? I can't keep them all straight!
Desperately wished I had this code yesterday as I wanted the bronze ochre double serge in a 6 but my free shipping code didn't work. Waited until I got to a b&m last night to red-phone it and they were all out. :(
ReplyDeleteJcrew, how can you be such a tease??
In other news, they finally had the triple buckle belt on one of the tables in the front -- shocking to me, as I had a PS look as well as CS and they couldn't find one in the entire company. But there it was, just waiting to be snatched up. (Which I did, happily!)
LOL J Crew obviously does read this blog! Just yesterday someone was wishing there was a % off tees and knits!!
ReplyDeleteThere are new arrivals, or at least I think so! I don't remember the Crosstown tee . . .but with the discounted price, I pulled the trigger on that in the melon color. Also ordered the Favorite Cardigan at full price. Shame, I know! But I was at my B&M and they didn't have the melon color there and I really need that color to go with some other things I already have. And that is "my" color!
ReplyDeleteHeads up that there are some nice belts on sale that don't come up in the sale section. I got the leather and chain belt in butterscotch, and it isn't Final Sale. There's a nice ivory/brown one on sale too that I debated. HTH!
CCS, the crosstown tee caught my eye too, it looks flattering and easy to wear and a little bit different. Has anyone seen it in the stores? I would be interested to know if the two panels are stitched together or not. TIA!
ReplyDeleteserenitysea, there is a free shipping code on this blog (as well as mine) for orders of $100+. Always check the right-hand column on this blog for some FS code. HTH
ReplyDeleteI'm bummed! I was totally going to bite on this one to get the lace-up marled hoodie, but they took it out of the tees and knits section, so its not discounted! Boo!
ReplyDeleteInteresting about the tri-buckle belt - I saw a whole rack of them today and they were back to full price (was on sale for $49.99 and then the 50%)
ReplyDeleteSo the signage in the b&m was slightly confusing. Saw 20% all knits and 20% select tees. Go figure. Other promos:
$10 off scarves & belts
$20 denim
$59.59 Waverlys and cotton bell skirts
25% select bracelets
Did a return of another wrong item - felt grateful the SA at least acted like she cared and apologized. Let without buying *anything* or even trying anything on.
Me three...I ordered the Crosstown Tee too, in Admiral Blue. It kinda reminds me of an updated version of the slub cotton femme top. You know I just loove "a Finespun blend of Pima cotton and Modal®".
ReplyDeletei am interested in the cross town tee, too!! in many colors!! so, anyone seen it or have it yet??
ReplyDeleteLinks to irl pics of knits & tees in this post.
ReplyDeleteHas anyone tried on the Tuxedo henley? It's offered in xxs xs s etc. I feel like when those sizes are offered items usually run big? Does anyone else feel that way? I'm not sure if I should order small and risk it being baggy or go for the smaller sizes. Help!
ReplyDeleteRose: Thank you! I have been looking for the skirt and when it showed up again today, I used the free Ship100 code and checked out quickly!
