Sought & Found: Did you visit J.Crew this {past} Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopped by a J.Crew store this past weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the WINTER sale, or to see some new SPRING arrivals {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store was/ is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

  1. I picked up a few spring items with the cardholder promotion code that I got from a generous JCA. There is now a NEW promotion for 20% off tees and shorts with code Sunny!

  2. There's a new online code, too. 'Layerup' for 20% off sweaters.
Not sure whether this is valid in the US - could be just for international sites.

    1. Ruth - LAYERUP looks like it's just for international shoppers. It's good that it's not Canada only.

    2. This code is not valid for Canadians. The Tees and Shorts one is (SUNNY).

  3. Links to irl pics of tees in this post, incl the tweed-front tee and peony tee.

Saw the following at Walnut Creek 925.943.7664:

    * Rosie colorblock dress 00-8, no size 2

    * Wool v-neck dress sz 00-12 in navy at Walnut Creek. Marked regular price, in front of store. Is $69.99 now in-store & online.

  4. I did go to my local J.Crew. No additional % off sale, but the sale section was quite large. Prices were still the same unfortunately.

  5. I went into J.Crew on Saturday in Soho (NYC) and they had a 20% off all women's apparel (both full priced and sale items). I scored some striped tee shirts for $23 each (originally $45, on the sale rack for $29) but didn't bite on some of the dresses or other things I was coveting. The sales section was pretty large, they also recently rearranged the store.

    1. Replying to add that I got the painter boatneck in multistripe. The sales section had a decent number of sizes, lots of x-small/small/medium, which can be rare for the SoHo Store.

  6. OT, but Savannah is wearing the JC pink houndstooth skirt on the Today show. I see her in quite a bit of JC, though.

  7. I went on Sunday and thought that since the 20% off email promo had expired, that the store promo had expired too, esp. since there weren't any signs... and then the SA told me about it when I was checking out (with only sale items). Would have been nice to have actually heard about it from someone on the floor. Their loss!

  9. Was in NJ for 3 days and visited a couple of B&Ms and 1 factory store. In Retail B&M, they were advertising 20% of women's clothes (excluded jewelry and shoes) this was for regular priced items, sale was another 20% off. Did get Crystal Sparkle Bracelet, not on sale, nothing really appealed to me in the New Arrivals. In Factory, the sales were great. I got Paintbox Floral Jackie for $29 and Printed Perfect Shirt for $17. Mixed stone drop necklace for $39.00.
