"Looking to LOVE" with J.Crew

  1. I lost out on Saturday morning's restock of the Cocoon Coat in a Size 4 in black but I used the chat and they offered to do a WWFIFY for me. The coat was found 12 hours later and is on its way to me. Now I don't know if I was charged the online price, but I am pretty confident I will be able to call and get it adjusted if I was charged a different price.

I received a large order today: The schoolboy blazer in crosshatch linen, the schoolboy blazer in tipped linen (ivory and black), the schoolboy blazer in herringbone and the paley pant in Super 120s. I just LOVE, LOVE the paley pant. They fit great and the tall length allows us taller girls to wear the ankle cropped trend without it looking like pedal pushers!

    OT though...has anyone found the schoolboy blazer in crosshatch linen to run very small? The size 2 i received fit more like a 0. The other two schoolboys I got in size 2 fit properly. I'm not sure if it's the particular blazer I got or if that item just runs small.

  4. If I buy multiple items in a hurry in the morning when the sale items update and I checked say twice in a row (to make sure I buy before it sells out), do you think customer service can combine the shipping charges or wave it on one order?

    1. Unfortunately, no. At least not in my experience. I have done this quite a few times...it does seem they push more sale items out during the morning...and I have done 2-3 orders in one day. Even after talking to cs...both via chat and phone...I have never gotten an adjustment or waived shipping fee. If you figure out a way to do it..let me know!!
