ReplyDeleteI went to the Park City Crewlet and it was mostly just sad. There wasn't enough merchandise to fill up the fixtures -- they had faced scarves out on some of them to make it look more full.

Am I the only one who thinks that's just sheer lunacy? That's twice the retail. I paid $100 for mine when it came out.
i just got back from the w north ave store in chicago - pretty picked over except there are a bunch of saturday pants in XS, M, L and XL - my fav pants of the season. i wear them everywhere. i'd size up for a looser fit.

in the shoe section, the glitter oxford flats were marked, 49.99! vs. full price online. a very helpful SA called in for me so i got them at 40% off. such a great deal. i think the ones there were a 9. also glitterati flats in 7, 8.5 and 9. really CUTE emmett ankle flat boots in a dark grey/brown in 6.5 that were too big for me :( i'd say they'd fit a regular 7. i was so sad they were sold out online. suede booties and sherling wedges too.
oh also i remember seeing the no. 2 pencil skirts in leopard in various sizes and the liquid skirts. a lot of those tweed minnies as well as glitter tanks.
Ah! What! Saturday pants?! Not available at all anywhere near me or online. Jealous... :/ I want those things so bad! J crew canceled an order I placed when an xs popped back online.
