I'm seeing if a couple items show-up in my size and the color I want, but otherwise I'm not shopping final sale. I'm just glad I bought what I did pre-holiday with the 30% off sales as things have not been further marked down since Christmas. I might be holding out till April (lol) for some really good deals on coats. :>
ReplyDeletei just re-ordered some capris that i got earlier to save ~$25 each. and i got a pair of waverly chinos. other than that there is nothing in final sale i want (i hate final sale!!)
ReplyDeleteI'll use this promo to look for popbacks and further markdowns on basics and other "known" items I already have in other colors, or have at least tried on. I despise FS but I admit I will "bite" for low-risk items.

ReplyDeleteI'm not biting on final sale unless one specific shirt pops back for my husband. I like a couple of new arrivals but I'm still shopped out from the pre-Christmas sales and of course new arrivals are not included in the % off promo.
ReplyDeleteWith the exception of an item I'm watching for a pop back, in a size I know for sure will fit, I am not purchasing anything on final sale. I stopped buying final sale over a year ago when I realized how many things I had that I wasn't wearing because they weren't what I expected or didn't fit and was unable to return. It's bad for the wallet.

ReplyDeleteI have my eye on several tees and knits, but the free shipping minimum is still too high and I can't rationalize $8.95 in shipping fees when several of my items are less than that. May check out my B&M's selection instead. Anyone know if stores are still running extra % off sale? (Apologies if this question has been asked and answered already.)
ReplyDeleteI won't take a risk. Their sizing is too unpredictable. I ordered 2 flair skirts during the 30% off promotion. The waist of the black 00 was nearly 1 inch larger than the waist of the navy 00!
ReplyDeleteDara, the Deer Park, IL location still had 30% off final sale. There were lots of t shirts but only 2-3 coats and perhaps 3 jackets.
Just came back from my local J. Crew in Honolulu, and they still have the 30% off Sale going. Lots of tops and a nice collection of bottoms. Still lots of sweaters. I saw mostly XL sizes for tops.
