This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)
If you are stopped by a J.Crew store this past weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the FALL sale, or to see some new FALL/WINTER arrivals {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!
Also, please let us know if your local store was/ is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)
No, too many other things going on. Will need to do returns next weekend, though.
ReplyDeleteI stopped at the clearance center in Asheville while traveling... and now am trying to figure how and when I can go back! I scored a silk madewell blouse for $30 (orig $118), hubby got a wool coat for $120 (orig $275), and I am KICKING myself for not buying a wool no. 2 pencil skirt in spicy gold, only 30 bucks!
ReplyDeleteThe J. Crew in Las Vegas (at Town Square) has a lot of tees left which are greatly reduced. Many of the styles came in lots of sizes and colors. A few tees were reduced to $9.99, including the bateau (style #54601) and stripe wispy cotton crew (style #50078). There were also several vintage cotton long-sleeve v-neck tee in stripe (style #61038) in varying colors and sizes. They were reduced to $24.99. These prices were as of Friday, 12/30. I was able to catch the 30% off of sale deal, plus the sales associate gave me my 15% off teacher discount with the promotion!
ReplyDeleteI posted about my inexpensive finds here, including a review of the bateau tee in xxs:

The J.Crew in Newark, DE, which is a smaller store, has a good selection of perfect-fit crewneck l/s tees left in mint and purple (don't know the official color names), marked to $15. With 30% off plus 15% student discount, I grabbed one of the few remaining dark green tees (there's one left, in a small size I think) for under $9. Wish they had had bateau tees, as I've been looking for some thinner layering tees.

ReplyDeleteI stopped in, with Christmas money in hand, and walked out with zilch. Same ol' sale section as b/f holidays, and new items not yet needed as well as many new things at home to wear still....Store was still 30% off Sunday.
