J.Crew Final Sale: Take Additional 50% Off at Stores {yeah, you read that right!}

"Thanks!" to many of you, including Ema (in this post), Erica (in this post), as well as GigiOfCa & Leah (in this post), who let us know the following great news:
J.Crew is offering an additional 50% off Final Sale items in brick and mortar (B&M) stores
I happen to stop by my local B&M and can confirm this good news. An associate let me know that it just started today.

I also want to mention that students and teachers should be able to use their 15% discount in addition to the 50% off sale items at stores.

Of course, there is not a lot of sale merchandise on shelves as they are transitioning towards Spring and the new arrivals. (As GigiOfCa mentioned, all sale items will be shipping back from stores to their warehouse at the end of the week.) However, it is a great deal on the sale items that are available (which tend to have lower prices in stores too).

This probably means that we will probably be seeing a lot of updates to Final Sale at JCrew.com in the following week or two.

Will you be stopping by a B&M store to see what is left in sale? If so, please share! :)

  1. Those shameless wh*res! Again with the pricing games! It's pushing me over the edge. Why the big fat discount now that there's basically nothing left in the stores? BOOOOOOOOOOO. I want the same prices online and in the store. Grrr.

  2. Some very slim pickings in the stores right now, unfortunately. I visited 2 and both had bare shelves.

  3. Slim pickins agreed....went to the Century City, Los Angeles Jcrew yesterday and they had a wee measly little shelf and rack and everything was "eh".

  4. I was planning on stopping in tomorrow since I was told that they would have new spring styles in Tues/Wed this week. It is snowing today but due to be in the high 50s tomorrow and I will be feeling springlike. There was still lots of sale items in my store but nothing I wanted but at 50% you never know. Park Meadows gets transfers from the Aspen store and sometimes you can score some really nice interesting items.

  5. The Madison store @ 45th reopened after a makeover but there is no sale section. If you are in NY you may want to go to another store. Rock center has no outwear left and a selection that is not very interesting.

  6. My store is always so minimal. Why bother JC?

  7. Those pilly sweaters must not be moving! My rule has always been if I wouldn't have bought it at full-price, it's probably not worth it even at deep discount. There must be something wrong if the item hasn't been snatched up yet, right? The good stuff always goes first.

  8. Anyone know what's left in the Las Vegas store?

  9. Chestnut St. Philly's been barren for so long that I'd given up on sale stuff, but I find it hard to resist an extra 50% discount. Anyone been to the King of Prussia or Cherry Hill B&Ms lately and know if either one would be worth the drive?

  10. I always found great sale sections at the Columbus Circle store in NYC and in the Willow Grove Mall just outside Philly. If I have a few minutes, I may pop in to my local b&m tomorrow, but there was practically nothingggggg left the last 2 times I went in. Hoping there will be a decent update to the online sale section tonight.

My verification word is stinges! Ha!

  11. Jen- Vegas has quite a bit still. Sweaters galore, lots of tees, skirts, shorts, some pants, and dresses. It's probably worth a look.

  12. Stores are bare and picked apart. Should be 70% now to get the crap out of stores.

  13. I may go to my b&m just to see if I can get one of their hats at 50% off. They had a lot of them last time I was there. Otherwise, not interested.

  14. I found the townhouse trench in saddle for $125. Also grabbed some bracelets. The new arrivals were amazing!

  15. I'd have considered those pants in the 10, MaryMoo, but won't make a trip just to get them. Thanks for saving me the gas. ;)

  16. Very little left at the Flatiron store on 5th Ave and 16th/17th Street in NYC. I did get the green/lavender striped cashmere sweater for $67 (including teacher discount) but most of what they have is picked over and either XS or XL. Virtually no reduced accessories either. I suspect a lot of the stock has been shipped back to outlets. They have the bateau neck tan/ivory heavyweight cashmere sweater but even with the markdown it is $165 ($329 plus the discount).

I am confused as to why the Face Stockholm nail polishes are full price in the stores but were marked down online. I missed them on sale as the cost of shipping made them more expensive there.

  17. If anyone sees the leopard or paisley pencils skirts in size 8 please let me know!
