  1. I really wish J.Crew would give free shipping to card holders or at least free shipping on Full Price items-something other than minimums that are always over $100!
    Pretty Please:)

  2. Well, free shipping on $150 is better than $175 and waaayyy better than $195. I have a cart full of much more than any of those minimums but everything is full price so I may pull the trigger on a few at a time, hoping for a %off promo.

Thank you so much Alexis, Ashley and GoldCoastGal for posting the code!

  5. hey Crewbie, you posted a few days ago about the cottage dress, how do you find the fit? I've got a large chest and i'm wondering how much room there is in the bust area? TIA!

  6. Today I received a couple of items from the first refresh of the FS promo last week.

It was pretty exciting to open the package containing my items. The first is the large Oslo bag. I have an Uptown tote in aqua and given the light candy color have always saved it for spring/summer so I was hoping the Oslo in gray would be a good tote for fall/winter and it did not disappoint. I had to run a couple of errands this evening and used the Oslo. There were a lot of looks and several compliments but most of all my own sense of satisfaction that I was able to get this bag - finally. The pebbled leather is exceptional and it holds a lot in one big space, and bonus, has a detachable "change purse" inside that helps keep your small stuff together. Easy to find your cards at the cash.

The bag arrived with price and collection tags intact as well as the info card in the zipper pocket and the dust bag. I read some reviews here where people didn't like the large Oslo as a purse but it is fabulous as a tote. Love it.

I also received the Glenbrae flat boots in camel. I can't believe I didn't buy these earlier, but frankly I didn't want to pay the original price. With the EXTRA30 I picked them up for $83.30 and I could not be happier, these boots are awesome. The leather is soft and slightly distressed and they are so stylish and comfortable. I probably won't get to wear them a lot after April but I know they will be my first choice in fall. Love them.

Also received Mahali dot capris. I don't usually buy capris but I love the fabric of these and will try to work them into my wardrobe. Not sure if capris are really me. I can wear bermudas, shorts, short-shorts and minis, but for some reason capris look funny on me and my husband agrees so it's not just me. But maybe there is a way to make them work. I'll certainly give them a try.

Of course I'm stalking a few more FS items as well other FP price items. I appreciate the free shipping codes, thanks all for posting. Enjoy your day!

  7. leanne: The corrage dress is very roomy on the bottom, but quite fitted on the top. I am a 34B and I got a small. It fits just right.
    Hope that helps!

  11. crewbie: you cannot use the red card online OR through phone orders. I tried both since I don't live anywhere near a b&m. what DID work though was calling my nearest store. they honored the red card with no problems and had my stuff shipped right to me. very hassle-free! HTH!

and re: the cottage dress...i agree with you, crewbie. there's plenty of room on the bottom. i sized down to an xs and it fits fine.

It's an easy way to save shippikng when you only want one item.

  14. There is a couple more new arrivals this am.

What JC charges for shipping, and now they are going to try and save money by making us wait for our parcels? Boy, they are walking on a fine line with their customers. It is time to go somewhere else.
