If
you have recently experienced a
frustrating situation with J.Crew, maybe
you might be willing to share that
information with us in this post.
Please
feel free to share your story on almost
any topic— including poor experiences with
purchases & orders, promotions/ offers,
in-store visits, transactions with store
associates, etc.
Ok, here's my gripe. This applies to Boden as well, it's not just a Crew problem. I get the catalogs and usually flip through them quickly after receiving them. Often I haven't visited the web site for some time or perhaps I see an item styled differently and the catalog is my catalyst to visiting the web site and making a purchase. I assume that's the point of sending catalogs out, right? But lately when I visit the web site, the item I am interested in is either sold out or already at final sale-no returns. I know they can't completely control the popularity or availability of an item, but I'm at the point where I just throw the catalogs, excuse me, style guides away. If they're going to continue to put money/energy into the style guides, they should put some energy into the timing of the roll outs.
ReplyDeleteCan we please get some lined work pants? If anyone can recommend another store that has them, I will gladly take my money there.
ReplyDeleteMost of my wool dress pants are from Banana Republic and they are all lined, even though the product descriptions on the website may not state this. I have the Martin fit lightweight wool straight leg and the Jackson fit wool trouser.
