I always love the 25-30% off promo with new arrivals when they do that!
ReplyDeleteAlso J. Crew persisted until my suede Darby Loafer order was correct. 3rd pair sent was correct size and brand new, and although I was charged 3X what I paid for pair #2, J. Crew credited me back the difference, giving me the lowest price (Pair #1 was $69 after promo, pair #2 was $48 with promo, pair #3 was $150 which they adjusted back to $48). Awesome price for these in the end!
I love the 25-30% deal, especially with the bonus free shipping yesterday! I appreciate the extra percentage off for cardholders too.
ReplyDeleteLove that I'm seeing some cute prints and classic shapes again.
Yes, loved the free shipping addition yesterday. I was able to get the Seersucker pencil skirt without having to add any ride-alongs to my order :) Hooray!
DeleteLove the Linen V-Neck Tee in Stripe. Great weight, fit, and length. Also, no holes so far! ;-)
ReplyDeleteHi Whitney, did you wash it yet? I haven't tried washing my linen v-neck tees. I really want them to be machine wash/dry, but I'm guessing that's not recommended.
DeleteI wash all of my linen tees (hand wash cycle on a front loader), and I've never had a problem. No shrinkage, no fading, nothing.
DeleteI just washed my linen v-neck tee on the delicate setting in the machine and air dried - came out perfect.
DeleteThanks Denee Tyler & Zoelicious! Denee Tyler, did you machine dry or air dry? Thanks!
DeleteI pretty much air dry everything.
Delete@ cate: No, haven't washed the stripe tee yet - which of course will be the real test - but I washed the Midnight Floral Linen tee on the handwash cycle and dried it on low heat with no problems.
ReplyDeleteOh that's encouraging!

ReplyDeleteI received a few items last week that I love, including the Boy Shirt in dot (white), the Boy shirt in linen stripe, and the Perfect Shirt in Linen in neon purple. Just a heads up, if anyone is interested in the Linen shirt in neon purple, it isn't neon at all. It is a very pretty pink/purple color! I was expecting to hate it since I am pretty against neon on myself but this is a beautiful color and definitely one I would not call neon.
ReplyDeleteOT, Canadian JCAs, is the 40% off final sale, still happening in-store? Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI was just in the Eaton Centre store and it is now additional 25% off the sale section.
DeleteI love the lightweight merino v-neck sweater. It's the perfect weight for spring and hits right at the top of my hips and the v-neck isn't too low. It fits me in my usual size S for J Crew sweaters. I have it in 3 colors now and wear them regularly.
ReplyDeleteJC has always excelled with prints. But this season has been especially terrific. Love the punk floral, love June's Meadow, love Bazaar, love Hummingbird (I could go on).
ReplyDeleteKeep it up!
Love the 25% off everything promo, and especially FREE SHIPPING! I spent over $600 yesterday...ugh. Mostly on suiting pieces. I hope they work because I got a call for a job interview today - wahoo!
ReplyDeleteOrdered the camp popover in bar stripe & the Tresco toothpicks the night before the new promo w/free shipping. Ugh. Noticed tonight that the toothpicks were marked down to $89.99, about $20 less than 2 days ago, so CS did a PA for me and offered to waive the shipping costs. Btw, sz 27 is available if you call CS, for some reason it's not available online.
ReplyDeleteReceived my cardstyle package yesterday and love everything. Eyelet sweatshirt is just as I'd hoped. I feared the color would be a bit too tan-neutral for my complexion after reading a few JCA comments, but it's definitely a marked grey with barely a hint of beige-tan undertones. The two tees I got are awesome, midnight floral and ikat, which is a bright royal blue print. It looked more faded blue in the online pic, and I prefer real life. And finally, the Miri suede heels in lime green are perfection. Color is same as online, more apple-to-grass green than lime, and the fit is good. I'm a 7-1/2 to 8, and got the 8. I have room for a toe cushion pad and even had to use a heel pad too to keep from slipping out. I actually prefer my heels with these pads for comfort, and think I can wear these shoes for hours. Heel height is perfect, not too high but still elegant and, dare I say, sexy? Hope this helps someone thinking of ordering online before the promo disappears...
