Seems I got dropped from the catalog mailing list, never got my September or October catalogs, so I emailed CS and lo! Got a reply in short order saying they'll reinstate me on the mailing list and they'll be "hand mailing" me the missing catalogs! Then I got the November catalog today in my mail. Yay!!
ReplyDeletei spent half an hour with a lovely PS last saturday afternoon - she was very helpful with some ideas as to matching sweater colours with the soon-to-be-mine jewl jacquards as well as some christmas items I was ordering for my family. after all of the confusion with another PS a couple of weeks ago, she was an absolute delight!

ReplyDeleteI mistakenly did not place my order for the recent LOVEFALL promotion (I thought I hit the final button online, but the order did not go through). When I realized my mistake on Tuesday, I frantically called my PS at my local BM. She honored the promotion in the store 2 days after the promotion ended. She's the best PS ever! I love her - Carrie from the PDX store. THANK YOU!!
