Just got off the phone with customer service clarifying when the fall rewards cards expire. They've been extended until 22 Sept. Thought the other JCAs might like to know!So if you are a card member, you got a bit more time to spend your Rewards Card! :)
I got an email this morning with a survey about my J. Crew CC. Not sure if anyone else did, or if this has been discussed elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I answered and basically said I haven't used it in over a year because the incentives/benefits/rewards don't make it worth it. Not that they don't know that, but hopefully they'll make it more worth our times to pull out that card. I suggested always free shipping, free return labels, gifts, etc.
As if I didn't use it 30 or 40 minutes after I received it............
