I haven't looked at Madewell for a while and this email prompted me to do it. I have the Madewell silk canyon skirt and love it. I spotted the silk safari dress which is a similar silhouette and I think I may buy it in black. That would be an incredibly versatile dress for me.
And today there's 8% back on Ebates for Madewell.
Darn it the Alex Chung dress (white with black polka-dotted) that I want to get is excluded.
No dresses for me, I find the silk to be quite poor quality and have bought/returned twice already and no synthetics for me thankyouverymuch.
Has anyone tried Madewell's Sigerson Morrison flats? I don't wear flats often but these are really cute.
xoxo, I did order the silk safari dress so I will report back when it arrives. I only have two other silk items from Madewell - the silk canyon skirt and the shadow stripe blouse - and both are very good quality and, forgive the play on words, made well. In particular the silk canyon skirt is made of a very good weight silk that has a beautiful hand. I hope the dress I ordered is as nice!
