Love JCrew colors. My coworkers ask about my clothing based on the colors they've seen on me. However, I'm wary of recommending JC due to declining quality...

ReplyDeleteJust putting out another rave for my personal shopper in store, and a new online PS that has been really awesome (Amanda P.) and helpful. If you haven't worked with a PS yet, I really recommend it -- they have been wonderful in my experience. Also, I want to say again how much I love my Icon trench that I wore in a downpour yesterday, and stayed dry and still looked cute. (er, except my hair) :)
ReplyDeleteGreat experience with one of the SA at my local store. She was so great this last time in my dread ordeal with the pencil skirts. Long story, but I’ve posted here about trying to get a petite pencil skirt first in jazzy purple (no longer available) and now viridian green in my size. Well…CS has been extremely rude every time I’ve called them and I’ve ordered the skirt…but it won’t ship till 2012! But the SA tried everything to help easy my pain. CS was even rude to her! But I really appreciated her trying to help me. She said don’t give up on that skirt. :)

ReplyDeleteJust wanted to say thank you to all who reviewed the Shutterbug dress - decided to get it on sale based on everyone's good words. Arrived today, totally fab. Lovin' JC, and the JCAs even more!
