"Thanks!" to Connor who shared with us some interesting (and slightly random) news. Apparently Britney Spears is looking to cast a "J.Crew-style “Ken Doll Husband” (22-29)" for her newest video (click here for more).I wonder if J.Crew's Mickey Drexler would approve? ;) In either case, I am totally going to watch her video (when it comes out) to see their interpretation of a J.Crew style husband! :)
I've always thought that man in the picture was the cutest J.Crew model! :) But I don't expect to see him in Britney's video unfortunately.

ReplyDeleteJ.Crew definitely goes for a certain look of model, both male and female. Some of them are gorgeous, the others - not so much. All in the eye of the beholder I guess, and the purpose of the models are to make the clothes look good. That is something J.Crew is great at, styling the articles so we all say, "I want, I want!"

I think that model is adorable! I am sure his personality is like Jim on the Office - totally sweet. Maybe as part of the honeymoon giveaway, they should give the winner the option of going with him instead of their own SigO ;)

Translation: he looks like the actor who played the older, car thief brother of Ryan Atwood on the O. C. Now every time I see him, cute as he is, I imagining him pawing doomed, douchey Marissa.
