Size inconsistencies. Last t shirt I bought I got a small so when I ordered another one this time, I ordered small and it's too big. So now I have to track down my VPS for the XS so I can get free shipping on a shirt I thought would be a no brainer. :/

ReplyDeleteShipping woes - the label for my factory order wasn't even printed for almost a week after I placed the order Particularly irksome because I paid extra for 2nd day. If merch ever arrives I'll have to return it - and if I ever get out of this airport I'll be calling CS to rant and have shipping charge credited back. Grrrr .
ReplyDeleteI contacted CS on chat to search for the LS sailor stripe T since I loved the one I bought so much I had to have the other colors. Sold out online and CS told me none in stock. I stalked the site and was able to pick up both other colors on my own. Gripe: CS should have been able to locate for me, or like zappos.com, offer a customer notification system for when the item is back in stock.

DeleteAm I crazy or did the printed Viv flats get taken out of sale? I swear I only added them to my cart the other day because they were marked down, but they're back to $198 today and out of my law school student budget.

ReplyDeleteI don't think I've ever *really* complained about J. Crew in the past. Sure, I have issues with their dresses as I'm pear shaped but I figure it's doing my wallet a favour. However....
ReplyDeleteBeing in Canada, I tend to store my summer clothes and do a switcher-oo this time of year. I'm so angry... all my favourite t-shirts from last year (the anchors, the pineapples, the gold striped) all have holes in the arm pits. I don't abuse my clothes, if anything, I would have worn them all once or twice as I was at work so much last year (in a very formal setting) that I wouldn't have had the chance to wear my casual clothes. SO angry, what a waste of money.
