JCREW flubbed an order and cancelled a Find It after not reaching me on my husbands phone. I was upset and had to reorder/search. The VPN online set it up and upgraded to overnight shipping. The shoes were found and shipped in one day and arrived at my door step this morning. Thanks JCREW!
ReplyDeleteWow! Only ONE comment? I guess J Crew isn't getting the love lately. I am happy that I was able to nab the silver metallic Martinas on popback in my size. Just hope my "it shipped" email comes soon!
ReplyDeleteI've had wonderful customer service from J. Crew lately, even if what they are selling isn't always what I'm looking for. They've been great, on the phone and in the store.
