  1. Every time I go to J.Crew, I have an amazing experience. The employees always greet me and are so friendly. They are always willing to track down any items I can't find. Best customer service!

  2. I had a really good experience with an SA in the Bellevue store when I was looking for something to wear with my merino pencil skirt, which I love (pictures here).

  4. I've had great customer service recently too, they did make error after error with my order but they dealt with it so apologetically and efficiently.

  5. I love that they seem to be listening to our laments and requests to bring back some length in skirts and classic looks. There are some beautiful pieces this fall.

  6. Today I am wearing one of my all-time favorite skirts...J Crew circa 2002-ish....it still looks great! It's been professionally cleaned, hand-washed, and even Dry-eled in the dryer. Midi-length, a-line, fully-lined, exposed zipper in back with cute little tie...this baby has been a true workhorse. It has survived a career-change, a move, a few pre- and post-baby clean-outs, and is the reason I keep buying J Crew.
