  1. I like the darker J Crew logo on the shipping boxes. And I just recvd one with a black interior. Sassy.

Now, if we could just fix that dern website.

  2. I had an SA offer to take a picture of the sale jewelry and text it to me so I could see what they had. She laid everything out nicely and even turned the tags so I could see the price of everything. I had never had someone offer to to that. It was awesome, they had a necklace I had been looking for and had give up on. I thought this was above and beyond. I will definitely call that store again.

  3. If anyone finds a pair of black patent Factory Sylvia Wedges in a size 8.5 anywhere, I would be so grateful. Does Factory do charge sends? They are on backorder until April....

    1. Factory does indeed do charge-sends; I did one today :) I called the store nearest me; they didn't have the item (hummingbird/botanical pants), so he took my #, and called until he found a store that had them. That store called and took my info; shipping is $4.95. Good luck!

  4. I'm very pleased with my Eaton boy trousers, which, BTW, are half off sale, so I ordered a second pair. Notwithstanding the name, they fit well on my hourglass figure--the higher waist is flattering, and it doesn't gape. Also, the stretch wool is heavier and stretchier than previous items I purchased in this fabric. These are a win for me.

  5. I must say how very pleased I am with the CS rep that I spoke to concerning my latest, very messed up orders. She was appropriately aghast and apologetic and really bent over backwards to try to make sure that my orders were corrected (it didn't happen but I appreciated her trying). In the end I didn't get the right items that I ordered but I got the refund for the amount that I was overcharged for another B&M fulfilled order. She also surprisingly sent me a gift card for way more than I expected as an apology for all those inconveniences. Now if only those items would pop-back...

  6. I really like the "1035 blazer" in navy I received yesterday. It's cotton, which I like better than wool and no gold buttons! I got the last size since it was selling fast, and it fits nicely. If I had gotten my regular size it would have been a little small, so I would size up one.
