"Looking to LOVE" with J.Crew

This is the weekly "Looking to LOVE with J.Crew" post, a place to share our favorite experiences with J.Crew.

If you have recently experienced a positive situation with J.Crew, maybe you might be willing to share that information with us in this post.

  1. I love that J.Crew doesn't put external labels on their clothes. Especially purses. I hate all the gold stencilling that other brands use, or conspicuous labels.

  2. has anyone else tried on the new jeans w/ a bit more stretch? I LOVED them. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I've never really been able to find comfy jeans from J.Crew before, but I've always loved the colors, and now I can. SO excited.

  3. 2 things:

Love the sale section at Copley in Boston. Was there over the lunch hour today, and the sale section has so much stuff in it. Rory boots for $100 (after 50% off)! Etta's for $75 (after 50%). I bought a Hughes satchel for $80 and a necklace for $15.

    Second love:

My Lady Day coat (with Thinsulate) kept me toasty warm during the cold snap. I was pleasantly surprised.

  4. Raleigh Crabtree Store, love the staff. Always super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. (I actually look forward to walking to the register to pay for stuff. I get to chat with the girls at the registers.) J.Crew still has THE best customer service.
    Thank You, J.CREW!

    1. Paperstarz - did you stop by the Raleigh Crabtree store this weekend and if so, what was the sale section like? I went by Southpoint in Durham, and they had a few good items, but only 2 pairs of shoes and 1 purse (the Claremont in black) in the sale section.

  5. I ordered a few items on NYE and had to pay for shipping. When I still did not receive it, I called CS to inquire where the package might be. The CS refunded my shipping cost when she realized that the package was late. I didn't have to say one word about wanting my shipping refunded. She did it with a smile in her voice too!
