"Looking to LOVE" with J.Crew

This is the weekly "Looking to LOVE with J.Crew" post, a place to share our favorite experiences with J.Crew.

  1. I must admit that the new shipping from stores is quite good in some ways. I am getting items much faster, in fact I received one item from one of my local B&Ms before I received the shipping notice. Of course, it is hit and miss on the quality of the items, wait is that a 'vent'.

  2. The last two times I have called J.Crew CS for price adjustments, I have had the most fabulous CS Reps. who have done the adjustments (even on sale merchandise) with no questions asked and even did adjustments off an in store purchase with the receipt information. I know some people have had problems with CS doing PA's or giving them a hard time in the past, but (knock on wood) I have had nothing but positive experiences with J.Crew CS.

  3. I've purchased several pairs of the J Crew control top tights (especially on sale) and they're terrific. Highly recommend.
