  1. customer service, shipping, follow up, especially compared to Anthropologie. When I asked them for product measurements (after a super-long phone wait time), they gave me their standard body measurements. When I said, "no. the measurements of the actual item," they didn't have them available, tried to talk me into ordering anyway, and said they'd email within the next two business days. They never arrived. . . J. Crew is always super on customer service followup.
