Anthropologie's Hyphen chinos are great, if anyone is looking for something similar to the Sunday Slim chinos. The Hyphen chinos come in great semi-faded colors, have some stretch, mid-weight, super comfortable and easy to wear.
ReplyDeleteI received my first Everlane order and here are my reviews. The thicker cotton items are well made and sized on the generous side. I can be a small or medium, generally a medium, and the size smalls all fit. I will be returning the long tank because it isn't flattering nor interesting. Also returning the shirt because the material is super thin and the fit is not flattering.
ReplyDeleteAs for the shoes, I ordered the loafers in the olive colour. The colour looks more taupe IRL than on the website. I ordered a half size up but they are way too tight. They are the same size as my JCrew loafers, but have a lot less room in the toe box. I have ordered a half size larger to see if that helps.
I liked how my order was wrapped - no plastic bags! I always feel so wasteful when receiving multiple plastic bags from JCrew. The presentation of my Everlane items was nicely done, like they carefully put my package together.
Not sure I will order any more clothing as they styles and colours are too plain, and will have to see how the shoes work out.

DeleteI've been eyeing everlane for years but have yet to order - I really like that they seem to value quality, but the cut and fit of many of their things doesn't quite line up with my style. I have almost ordered those loafers many times! From online reviews (bloggers) the consensus seemed to be they ran small and narrow. As a size 10 I wasn't sure even the largest size would work for me. I hope the next size you order works out - that is a really beautiful and classic shoe!
