  2. I received mine in the mail yesterday and thought "yay, I'll go order that tie-dyed skirt in the look book". I put the code in and it's not there yet. Shoot. I guess I must wait!

    tick tock, tick tock....

  3. Best news ever.

Now only if my B&M got some dang merchandise.

    Thanks for the update, Alexis!

  4. I am excited for the rewards card! Can't wait until new stock arrives in stores, the stores near me have been very empty-looking for a few weeks now.

  7. Got my reward yesterday...woohoo! Word from the sales staff at my B&M (Lehigh Valley PA) - new women's shipment today, new men's tomorrow, on shelves by the weekend.

  8. Yes, I am thinking this weekend will be the best time to go when everything will be out for sure.

  9. Bad news...they didn't make the tie-dye skirt according to my SA...boohoo.

  10. They're still unpacking spring in Ann Arbor. It's nice the see the store looking fuller, though the sale section is practically nonexistent. Lots of new tees but pretty repetitive. Slub tank with vertical ruffles, slub tank with horizontal ruffles. Many of the new colors are nice, it's good to see some richer, fresher purples. There's a pretty new merino cardi splotched with warm colors and some cute, fuller pull on skirts in several fabrics. No new jersey dresses other than the high neck ruffle front one that's been out awhile. Actually, the thing I'm most excited about was the ten dollar canvas tote! Only one of the three prints was out, I'm waiting to see the rest before I pick.

  11. Lots of new stuff out in Philly. Saw a couple cute skirts, but a little too much pink and purple for my taste. A lot of watercolor and floral prints. One dress that really caught my eye was a charcoal (black?) cross hatch/matchstick print sheath with an overlapping v in the back.

  12. They didn't make the tie-dye skirt? Are they CRAZY???? That's all I wanted from the lookbooK!!

  13. They were unpacking yesterday in the Tampa Florida store. I noticed a couple of cute new cotton camis with flower petals that I have not seen online and a darling merino cardigan. It is a v neck and only buttons down at the waist. It was in peach and black. The store was a disaster, but it was nice to see more merchandise.

  14. Received mine yesterday- a surprise! I didn't think I qualified yet.

No tye-dye skirt! They didn't make it? I'm so bummed! I'm sure there are many reasons items don't get made, but to FEATURE it in your LOOK BOOK and then NOT OFFER IT?

On a positive note, the Sun-washed Selvedge Shirt on Page 5 looks great. I love men who wear color.

  15. I was really sad about the Tie-Dye skirt too. Maybe they'll change their minds? My store had out all the new clothes. They were unpacking the jewelry and there were lots of pretty necklaces and bracelets. They said new arrivals will be online Thursday.

  16. Has anyone been able to get the new catalog?

  17. just got mine today! honestly not really loving anything in the lookbook aside from the unlisted purple floral-y patterned ... scarf?... that seems to be doubling as a belt in look 2. unless that is indeed a part of the "oval buckle belt?" lol. anyway I think end up either saving the rewards for something i really love, or relinquishing them returning stuff i never should have bought to begin with :P

  18. The Barton Creek Store (Austin, TX) has lots of new stuff! Pencil skirts, sweaters, shorts, cami's ballet flats, ton of 3/4 and long sleeve slim shirts. Also tons of embellished tees although I thought a lot of them were sort of garish (neon orange touches on many of them) but maybe they look great styled with other items. I bought 3 colors of the vintage slub cotton v-neck tees that fit just like last year's boyfriend tee and an adorable black and white print ls perfect shirt (that has a hint of pink in it). It was fun to see the store full and items were flying off the shelves. They also had lots of new jeans and a few high end items (skirts and the Starland sequined tank??). Needless to say,my rewards card is spent!

  19. I got mine, too bad there is nothing I want to buy.

  20. Too bad about that tie dyed skirt. I really wanted to wear it with the Black Blossom Blazer, as shown in the Look Book.

C'mon, would anyone really put those two things together?

On their own, they're both interesting pieces, but together?!?!?

  21. Just got back from the arden store in sacramento. New stuff was out.

bright purple pencil skirt - textured fabric
    merino ethereal cardigans in burgundy
tuxedo-like pencil skirt (neutral beige with black velvet stripe down each side, hot pink where the tag is)
liberty print (i think, it's a blue floral) long sleeve shirt, same pattern also came in shorts
black pencil skirt, with two small off seam pockets, heavy weight fabric
lots of long cardis in thin fabric

  22. Em,
I am thinking the same thing. Got my card but from others are describing and the IRL pics on other blogs I have yet to see anything I like. I may have to wait until the Feb. roll out to spend my rewards...I want something really GOOD.

  23. Yippee! I got my card today. It was a nice coda to a long day. I'm digging the merino lakespur cardigan.

Unfortunately, there's not much in the B & M store in Raleigh. I'm sick of ruffles. At first, it was so pretty in a sea of boho. Now I'm over it.

  24. Question:

Anyone want to speculate on when the Zoey blazer is going on sale? I know it was pretty much slaughtered on here and people are super not into it, but I'm a little obsessed and really wan tit and don't want to make the big purchase then realize it's gonna be half the price in a month (a la Eden blazer). Thoughts? Think I might get a nice surprise when they clean out the sale situation later this week?

  25. Netdeva,
Was planning a trip there this weekend. So do they have the new stuff out but not very much. I am thinking of waiting then...

  26. I haven't received my rewards card yet, but that's typical. I'm always a few days behind it seems.

I know our B&M got new stuff and I will try to go on the weekend, particularly if I have my rewards card by then.

  27. Genny, it's always worth stopping by. Maybe they'll be more stuff out by then. But travel safely -- they're calling for a wintery mix on Saturday.

  28. Do you any of ladies have any clue how long the 30% off of sale is going to last in store? Any guesses even?

I'm not sure if I want to jump the gun with the rewards card, but then again the extra 30% off of sale is the best promo they've had in a long time... don't know when they'll have it again after this one is over.

    Thanks!

  29. Netdeva,
Yes, I am a winter wimp so may have to wait it out if there is a wintry mix. I keep thinking waiting for more TRUE spring items might be better for the next roll out....I usually spend my rewards card too fast and wish I had waited!

    ReplyDelete
  30. I received my card, too, but so far there's nothing I want. I'm sure that'll change as the new spring items hit the stores.

  31. I'm a new JCrew cardmember. How long before you qualify for a gift card?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Used mine today at Natick Collection, lots of new arrivals. I used it with the teacher discount and did well! I picked up a white denim jacket and a pink ruffled painters tee (neither on website yet).
