Extra 20% Off J.Crew's Fall Sale!

"Thanks!" to many of you, including Heidi, CheesyGoodness, Sandra, Ruffles, & MommyDearest (in this post), as well as KDot (in this post), who let us know that J.Crew is running a new promotion.

They are offering 20% off (no minimum) their Fall Sale (click here) and free shipping (on $150+ *after* the discount is applied- a bit sneaky here) using promotion code EXTRA20. This offer expires this Sunday, 11/8/09.

"Thanks!" to IRL (in this post) who correctly pointed out that this is not a "final" sale either. {wahoo!} :) This morning (around 6:30 AM), I missed the update to the sale section. However, I did notice a lot of pop-backs (which are now gone, at 7:30 AM) that were from last year like the Maggie Jacket and Velvet Eden.

Also, "thanks!" to many of you, including Marietta, who shared the email J.Crew sent announcing this sale. The email makes it very clear that this promotion is available online only.

What are your thoughts on this promotion? Will you be taking advantage of it? If so, what items did you purchase? :)

  1. No I will not be using this code, I cannot find anything, however I have been using the facebook codes to order some basics. Thanks for posting them Alexis.

  2. Good Morning! I don't see "Final Sale" anywhere. My cart and items don't say FS. Thanks!

  3. Has anyone gotten the Nottingham short leather flat boot and can comment on the fit? Thanks for any help!

    ReplyDelete
  4. Casual-Crew: Me too. I couldn't find anything I was waiting for when I checked this morning. I think I missed the sale update.

IRL: Thank you so much!!! I must have confused Fall for Final. I updated the post with that news too. Thanks again!!! :)

Kathy: Unfortunately I have not tried those boots on. Hopefully another JCA can help out. From past experience, I find that their boots aren't exactly TTS. I have a pair of the Brewster Ankle Boots and they were TTS, but I also have a pair of the Tall Brewster Boots that I went half a size down in. :)

  5. I would much rather have the free shipping no min codes that we've been getting lately. When all I want is a small, inexpensive item, the extra20 would hardly cover shipping costs. I have placed a bunch of smaller orders lately, all because of the free shipping. Keep the codes coming, J.Crew! :)

    ReplyDelete
  6. I totally agree with AppGal, I'd far rather just have a plain free ship with no minimum. I have also placed a number of small orders as things have popped back.

Right now, nothing in sale is calling to me. It's fairly picked over for sizes and colors too. Updates are very small. Maybe if they had a 900 item update like in the past, I'd find something to use the code on!

    ReplyDelete
  7. I think this is great! 20% off plus free shipping is what I've been waiting for to pull the trigger. Would love to see one that applies to full-priced items too.

    ReplyDelete
  8. No, I won't be using this code either. I couldn't find anything in the sale section to use the free shipping no minimum codes on this whole week which was disappointing. I did pick up some regular priced basic tees with the other codes.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I couldn't resist. I ordered the cashmere ruffled henley in heather aqua, a cable v-neck, and the metallic derby clutch in silver. I've been waiting for a % off + free shipping...yay!

    ReplyDelete
  10. Oh brother, for a minute I thought I could get 20% off the Carlin coat (with Thinsulate- I live in Maine!) which is $318. I need to get that puppy below $300 to justify the purchase. Like others have said, I'm just not that turned on by the sale items, but I really want this coat!

    ReplyDelete
  11. argh! i totally missed the update and was hoping for some CC popbacks... i may go ahead and buy the dream cotton pants today, however, since i was looking at those earlier this week. $23 instead of $45 is always nice!

    ReplyDelete
  12. No thanks, jcrew. I came close to pulling the trigger with a couple of items. Every time I see that my 20% discount is within $5 of what they're charging me for shipping, I cancel my order. Even without FS, shipping is too expensive to make it a good deal for me.

  14. I have always loved that picture you have put on your blog header! I wish that they would come back to these types of travel shots for their catalog! Not sure about the sale...it seems selection is a bit scarce...

    ReplyDelete
  15. help!! it's not giving me free shipping. is it because when i apply the code, my merchandise total drops below 150? that doesn't seem fair.

    ReplyDelete
  16. CS12 I'm going to figure that is the case. Usually with free shipping the amount needs to meet the minimum after all discounts have been taken. This is across the board for pretty much any online retailer i've encountered.

My dream cotton pants aren't on sale in Tall!! Lame, JCrew, us 6' ladies need a good deal on lounge pants too!

  18. joliecouer-
Fashion Valley (San Diego, CA) had the matching earrings as of yesterday. I don't know what they were priced at, but if they were on sale online before they sold out, I think they will price match. HTH!

    -smarty :)

    ReplyDelete
  19. Marisa, now that I think about it, this has happened to me before with online purchases. In fact I think I justified my last large jcrew.com haul by thinking that the amount of the sale was greater than the amount of shipping i had to pay. It just feels a little disingenuous to advertise both sales at once...to get free shipping, I would actually have to select $190 worth of merchandise. I don't want that much!

    ReplyDelete
  20. I am so tempted by the jeweled garland necklace but the matching earrings seem to be sold out.

    ReplyDelete
  21. The Marty Party, I'm pretty sure I saw them on sale last night. I just ordered the necklace and hope the earrings will pop back !

    ReplyDelete
  22. CS12 I always run into that very thing at Gymboree...

    ReplyDelete
  23. I placed an order for a few items, but hopefully it won't be cancelled ;(

    ReplyDelete
  24. Joliecour- the matching earrings to the Garland necklace are not sold out- they are still full price-$79.50. There were 2 colors for both the necklace and earrings-Rosy peach & Butterscotch. What is confusing is that they put one color earring (rosy peach) on sale and the other color necklace on sale (Butterscotch) Yes- slightly obsessed with J crew jewelry:)

    ReplyDelete
  25. I, also, want the Garland set. Why is only the necklace on sale?! :( I want the butterscotch set

    ReplyDelete
  26. Twiga, thanks for pointing that out, I was just glancing through last night and did not realise they were not matching ! Very sneaky JCrew !

    ReplyDelete
  27. Joliecour- sneaky they are!! FYI- The Flora necklace & earrings also come in 2 colors and they are so similar.

    ReplyDelete
  28. So can someone talk to me about the silk tiered cami? How much are these going for instore right now? Is there an over-abundance of stock?
All the good colors are 69.50 online and I do really want this top but am afraid its much less in store. . .

    ReplyDelete
  29. I ordered the Bettina wool-patent T-strap heels in a pop back in my size, the heirloom flora necklace, vintage cord skirt, and Petite crystal-drop necklace.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Twiga,I have the Flora in my cart but nothing else that I want to get to the $150, maybe if I wake up early enough to catch the update tommorrow.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I picked up a cambridge cable v-neck sweater :)

    ReplyDelete
  32. I will definitely be using this code. It's too good to pass up on! I just have to "narrow" my cart down so I don't go overboard.

    ReplyDelete
  33. has anyone tried the men's version of the navy checkered/gingham shirt instead of the women's? I normally wear a 2/4 in women's tops, but thought of maybe trying the men's xs for a more relaxed fit.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Since the percent off plus free ship is going through Sunday should we give up on sale updates? I missed the *^%*(*^^ ribbon pearl necklaces at the sale price and am keeping an eye out for a popback. Dare to dream, I guess.

Leslie, that ruffle henley is a cutie! Hope you like it, I haven't acted upon my crush but maybe in a markdown or two.

I did a mock checkout with some things last night right after this promo was announced and there were a couple summer items that were marked final sale, ex. old jersey tank dress. I think nothing from this season was marked with the dreaded red print.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Sooo of course I JUST bought the Crosby Coat before this code was offered. You don't think they would do a price adjustment, do you? ;)

    ReplyDelete
  36. Hi Stacie, the silk tiered cami is $29.99 in store for color black, deep aubergine and ivory. The papaya color is $19.99. I say definitely get it from the store! I saw some pieces of all colors in the Madison Ave 45 St store earlier this week.

  38. i just noticed that the wool school boy blazer (item #17072) went from $178 to $198 on their website. anyone know what's going on? are they playing games? i just emailed them and am waiting for a response.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Jean, THANK YOU! I suspected as much since I saw them popping up on ebay :) I know this top was not uber popular but I really like it :) Thanks again!

    ReplyDelete
  40. The site is down, I called CS and they will call me back to place my order over the phone when it is up again.

I'm anxious to see the Annalise tank, and I'm planning on picking up some xmas gifts, too!

  41. i will use it, but most of the things will be for my husband.

  43. Wow...still having site crashes. It amazes me.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Haha...just had the exact same problem as Heidi with the same result. Poor j.crew - can't quite seem to get it together.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Sheil: Have you received the Crosby? I ordered it this morning and was curious about sizing. I ordered my usual size, but then worried that with the a-line shape I should have sized down. Do you have any thoughts?

    ReplyDelete
  46. 20% off crap is still crap. I'm tired of picking through stuff I didn't like to begin with. Oh goody, they're willing to ship me a box of crap for free. Is it me, or is jcrew lacking style direction?

    ReplyDelete

  52. lilaccupcake: I actually just received the coat a couple hours ago. I ordered a size 2 which seems to be my normal size in JCrew tops. (Though I am not well versed in their coat sizing.) In other brands I range from a 2-4 in coats because I am tall. It seems to fit well, enough room for layers but not huge. I was worried about the shoulders being too large, but it seems to be ok. I think it's a keeper, but I have to try it on at home to be sure.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I just re-bought what I ordered last week since we can't get price adjustments :P

    ReplyDelete
  54. Thanks Sheil :) I appreciate your feedback!

    ReplyDelete
  55. It was finally worth it to me to pick up a few things. I don't mind going over the $150 minimum for the discount AND free shipping. My only wish was that they'd put more items on sale. I was able to pick up a slim shirt, cambridge cable sweater, corduroy skirt, the link bracelet, and a belt for about $170. All things I really like, but I hope the things I really love go on sale soon with the same offer. Otherwise, I will probably leave them lol.

    ReplyDelete
  56. woops I think my original post didn't go through. hope i'm not posting this twice:
I called CS 2 hours to place an order and their system was down so she started to hand write all my info. Halfway through, the system was back up (I could hear all the reps cheering and clapping in the background lol) so hopefully the site is up and running by now!

I didn't order anything from the sale because there's just not much left. I ordered the Midnight Gala jacket so I'm hoping that will ship out soon since some JCA's have been getting their items shipped the same day!

p.s. annieinexile-i noticed the same thing with the schoolboy blazer. it has to be an error on their part, the petite sizes are still $178! hope they fix it soon.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Pakcola: Great idea! I hadn't even thought of that. Now let's hope the size/color I want is still available.

    lilaccupcake: No problem! :)

    ReplyDelete
  58. Has anyone seen the new Polished teardrop necklace
in person? Any thoughts? I like the pinkish color the best.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Jcrew also messed with the price of the woman's cotton check shirt. It was $64 yesterday and now it's $69.50. Annoying.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I was hoping that someone could provide info on the fit of the
120's Lizza jacket. It does hot come in petite, so more confusing to guess on a size.

    ReplyDelete
  61. They also upped the price of the matchstick cords - I had two pairs in my cart - at $69 (found in the sale section) - now they're both $79 full price, no sign of them on sale anywhere. What's with that?

    ReplyDelete
  62. Just called CS again to cancel my duplicate orders, and they were very nice and apologetic about it - I think everything is back up and running now though.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Millie - the cords were on promo for $69.50 for a limited time, and I believe they are back to regular FP now.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Couple questions..does anyone else find the black ankle toothpick jeans itchy or is it just me? LOL

Has anyone purchased the 3/4 cashmere cardigan from the sale section that can comment on how it wears over time? I think it's an older "model" and I wonder how it's been wearing.

Last-how do last years flat Glenbrae boots run? Let me know your typical shoe size (other brands), your JC size (mines never the same at JC) and if you think it's running TTS. TIA!

    ReplyDelete
  65. sweetsy, I think the V-neck cashmere is a relatively safe bet. I've definitely had problems with JC cashmere. I think on the whole it all pills! As far as other aspects of wearability, I am very particular about seam durability and button loosening. After buying the gamut of styles, I give the basics the thumbs up. The crewneck cardigans and v-necks in the 12 gauge have held up for at least two seasons. The 3/4 sleeve v-neck currently on sale is the update of one I have (with larger buttons) and mine is 2 yo. The buttons have not become loose, no thread has unravelled, and it has kept its shape after several washings and air-dryings. "Novelty" cashmere sweaters I've gotten from JC have not fared as well at all. The silk placket Henley I got last year has NO seam integrity: the hem, under the arms, and one cuff all had the beginnings of laddering or simple unravelling after one wear. A short sleeve two button cardi from awhile back had an opening seam toward the bottom of one side after two wears, and this was a fly away style that had no tension toward the bottom at all. There's always a chance of getting a bum item, but I've had enough bad experiences to approach anything but the basics with caution. Just my two, or ten! cents.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Lauren - That's bad. I'm glad I got the grey last week.

Cheesy --- Girrrllll, thank you for posting on the libretto a couple of weeks ago. I got one in dusty blossom and I adore it. I feel so chic! So glad you shared the info.

All - I recvd an email for 25% off your entire purchase (incl sale) at GAP thru Sun. In-store only. Please email me of you want me to forward it to you. You print your email & present to the cashier.

  67. I was really hoping for a 20% off promo for regular-priced merch. I did pick up a few things for my husband but there was absolutely nothing in the sale section I wanted for myself.

  70. I'm ridiculous.

The extra20 code included free shipping in the first place.

Please excuse my earlier comment. *oops*

    ReplyDelete
  71. sweetsy: I have the v-neck cashmere cardigan that I pcked up on sale last fall. The neck seam split in 2 after wearing it 2x (I am not hard on my clothes).

I received the Always cardigan today not bad for the price it will make a nice lounge top, however there were loose threads on the inside side seam.

The premium Matchstick jeans are nice and good quality, much better than the Dark Rinsed Matchsticks, these are a heavier weight.

The flannel pjs seem flimsy this year, they are not as nice as previous years, I would wait for a markdown, however I used the fs codes it brought down the price.

    ReplyDelete
  72. sweetsy - I have last year's flat Glenbrae boot in camel leather. I bought size 8.5 as my usual size 8 was sold out (got them as a late popback for something like seventy-bucks). They fit nicely although my usual size 8 would probably have worked with finer knit socks. I have skinny ankles and slim calves and there is quite a bit of room in the leg but that's typical for me.

I always start with size 8 and very rarely have to SU or SD in any brands I buy: Chie Mihara, Fluevog, To&Co, Louboutin, Oakley, Enzo, Diesel, Frye, Choo, Prada, Gucci, Weitzman and many others. Cole-Haan is the exception where I sometimes need to SU if the heel is high but most often I take a size 8.

The flat Glenbraes are really nice boots, comfortable from day one and the slightly distressed leather makes them look like old favorites.

HTH. If you have any specific questions I'd be happy to answer.

    ReplyDelete
  73. I just received the Tailored wool cowlneck dress, item 17962 and it is a great simple dress! The neckline is extremely flattering, and at 5'7" the empire waist hits perfectly. Now my regular size small seems a tad bit looser in the body and I'm going to try my luck w/an extra small. If the extra small is too small (which I doubt) I would still keep the small. I can't wait to try layering the tee & crinkle shirt under it!

This is great for me, because to my surprise, I've added some weight since last winter. You can't tell in this dress but the fit is still flattering. Hope this helps someone as it is worth trying at 20% off & f/s if you try more than one size/color. :)

    ReplyDelete
  74. The other dress I received is the Knotted cotton-sateen dress item 14942. In my regular size 4 I struggled to get it on over my head, then barely got it over my hips (I wear size 6 JCrew pants). Very, very fitted! Unless you are really thin I'd say size up one to two sizes in this dress. I ordered it in navy and there is a bit of a sheen to it. The material wrinkles immediately, the tie isn't laying flat and I'm not really liking it at all so I will not bother ordering this in a larger size. Hth

  76. Since I ordered couple days ago I called CS for price adjustment and she didn't honor it. So I had to reorder some of the items that were still left but too many sizes and colors are picked over so I barely made the minimum order. I noticed JC moved the Nolita denim jacket from Sale section to FP. JC likes to play these sneaky pricing games. I also don't like how a retailer would post one price and the next day change it back (I'm not talking about Promotional sales).
Like Cheesy, I'm not having high hopes JC will ever do an update...maybe couple of popbacks that are defective?

    ReplyDelete
  77. I got the Dressy jersey pleated Pilar dress in shadow for $48. Love J crew Jersey dresses. Dream Meribel tunic dress in navy( I'm not so sure about it but wanted to try. Anybody has this?). And two Crewcuts girls' tees. I'm glad I checked the website this morning. Crewcuts tees in sz 10 sell out before they get marked down.

    ReplyDelete
  78. cheesy & casual crew: thanks for the info. The jury is out;)

ShuLvr-LOL,if your name resembles you at all, you would be the one to ask about shoes!:) Thanks for all of that information. I never have to wear a different size in any brand of shoes except J Crew. In fact, I've had encounters similar to jeans with J Crew shoes. I have tried 2 pairs of the exact same style shoe where one fits and the other doesn't. weird.
Oh and regarding any other questions..where can I get them for $75?! I have a feeling the way things are going this years style won't be on sale until mid-summer!
Anyone have some Glenbraes in camel size 8 or 8-1/2? Going to the "looking for"post now!

    ReplyDelete
  79. sweetsy, try ebay for cheap glenbraes. I have seen them for under $100 regularly. I highly recommend them too. They are TTS for me, too. I wear a 10 in JC, I bought a 10 in both the flat and heeled, and they fit wonderfully. They are very comfy! I pretty much always wear a 10 in every size. HTH!

  82. gigi, Can't wait to see what you rock with the Libretto! I'm in love with mine. I emailed CS to ask how to keep the ends from fraying too much (mine came a tad distressed out of the package) and I got a "HUH? We'll get back to you in 1-2 weeks." I'll post when/if I get an answer. An SA mentioned clear nailpolish or burning the ends, I just wonder if there's an official care-for on the grosgrain.

  85. Catalogues...boggles the mind how j.crew can't figure out how to send them out. I've signed up a dozen times, I get right afterward and then no more. Last one arrived in late September with a code that had expired Sept. 5. Gee thanks, j.crew.

I really wish they'd put more effort into quality control all the way around and less effort into coming up with stupid comments like "buy a pair of pants two sizes larger" or "hike a 19-inch skirt up around your waist and cinch it!".

  87. CheesyG - I have the post going up tonite at 10p with the Charlotte Russe lace tier cami recommended by Pakcola.

You should use Fray Check. Get it from Michael's, JoAnn's or even Wal-Mart in the craft section. It creates a clear seal to prevent fraying.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Cheesy and Gigi, I use Fray Check all the time on my ribboned necklaces and belts, works like a charm! The ends of the ribbons on my chevron-beaded belts from 2007 are still perfect.

  89. V. annoying - items that say "select colors xx price" but when I click through, every color is full price!

OT: Saw the watercolor leopard skirt & was very disappointed. Still loving my brown puffer vest - paired it with my Stella tweed skirt from 2005 and the greenwich tweed skirt & it looks smashing with both.

  90. sweetsy, my husband will tell you, I *AM* the SHUe LuVeR! hehe. One day I'll quit my day job and just create shoes.

In March 2009 I got my Glenbraes as a late popback. Since they were a fall 2008 offering they were really discounted by spring the next year, although appeared to be sold out. They popped back online as Final Sale 1/2 size larger than my usual but I had seen rave reviews and some moving on ebay so took the chance I could make 1/2 SU work. Mine appeared to be a return or display, they came in a generic J.Crew boot box with minimal forms (paper cardboard shaft , no wadded paper toe form) and were perfectly unworn.

At this late date it's unlikely they would popback on the site again but you can always try searching on "glenbrae" or even "boot". Definitely ask on the JCA Weekly Exchange or check ebay. Good luck!

  91. Wore my new Tissue ribbed ruffle henley ($39.50 item 19142) on a date tonight and loved it. Who knew J. Crew could be so comfortable & sexy at the same time? Anyway, a low cost way to get a little ruffle in my life!

    ReplyDelete
  92. Sigh, I wish discounts like these would cover the outlet stores. Am planning on a trip this weekend with friends. Trying to be cost-conscious right now, but if I can find something affordable and cute, will let you know!

If anyone doesn't want a baby ruffle mini in s or xs 18348 and/or the patterned classic ballet flats in pewter (Terra paisley) 10639 size 8.5-9.5ish, I would love to take those off your hands! they didn't make it through checkout:(

  97. So why is it that an item like the Silk Tiered Cami is selling for 19.99 to 29.99 in stores but is still almost full price online? Many people don't have a store close by and rely on the online shopping. I have the papaya in my cart but after reading this above it's staying there.

  98. OT: Happy Saturday everybody. I know I'm jumping the gun but does anyone recall if J. Crew had any Black Friday offers online or in stores last year? I'm wondering if I should hold off on buying some items until then...TIA!

    ReplyDelete
  99. I'm going to 3rd the fray check for ribbon necklaces. I work with grosgrain all day and as the sale woman said, you can nomally heat seal it ( melt the ends with a lighter). BUT you cannot with the JC ribbon because I think they are using a blend. Maybe polyester and silk. So the ends don't melt hard, they blacken. Go light at first on the fray check because it can leave a water mark type stain if you use too much.

    ReplyDelete
  100. OT-Paisley Petunia has the Collection Laced Tiered Cami size 0 on Ebay. Run don't walk, people..it's opening at $625 and it can be yours right now for only $695!!
Stefanie..I think you were seriously seeking this one..it is gorgy! Good luck:)

    ReplyDelete
  101. Michelle - Right off the top of my head, I don't recall J Crew offering any particular specials for Black Friday, but I could be wrong. I think some of the "J Crewlets" opened at midnite. If you search the blog using the feature at the upper right hand side on the main page, and put in Black Friday, you will find threads where it was discussed. I did a search but didn't click on any of the links. HTH

  102. Upnorth: I agree, whats up with that?! I can call a friend to go to a b&m to pick one up for me but what a hassle! Maybe their still selling well online. If your looking for the papaya color you might want to check ebay, I've seen several sizes on there recently.

  103. J Crew did their "Turkey" promo last year for Thanksgiving. I know I bought a lot then. If they run a similar promo this year, I might buy a couple of pieces, but everything from this last rollout is a pass for me without at least 20% off.

I know I have been raving about AT for the last few months, but I received my cashmere ruffle cardi from them in the red today. It runs TTS to slightly large. I am not sure I am in love with the color for my skintone, but the sweater is fantastic. The cashmere is great, the construction is pefect and the ruffle detail and buttons are amazing. This is a 180 from the last v-neck sweaters I ordered from them and better than the JC cashmere I have seen in the store.

  104. sweetsy--you are true to your name! that is so kind of you to remember! yep--i was seriously searching this one...as pathetic as it sounds, i did a 'we will find it' nearly every day for about a month and lo and behold, i finally got a 'good news' email and a few days later my cami arrived in the mail!

i noticed that ebay auction as well--very tempted to save myself some $$ and go for it, but i checked my receipt and my cami came through about 75 days ago..darn! on the bright side, i've be able to lovingly admire it in my closet for 2 extra months!

  105. upnorth: what size do you need? My store has a pretty good size run of papaya at $19.99 plus tax. Happy to send you one.

  106. Oh and stefanie..so glad you found one! It is really a lovely piece of work. I loved seeing the IRL picture but I have to say I am rather shocked they didn't add more than ONE photo!! It's a $700 cami after all;)

  108. I have admired the Luciana lace heels for sometime, however couldn't spend nearly $300 for them. Saw them in sale but not in my size and they were about half price. Thanks to someone on this blog that reported they were $99 is a NY J Crew I renewed my search for them.

I must report that I spoke to an amazing PS at the St. Louis Galleria and she got them ordered for me in my size. She tells me that when she helps me that there will be no shipping charges! I got the shoes at the store price plus the 20% off that the internet advertises and used my $25 reward certificate. I can't believe that she found them and called me several times yesterday searching for other items. I have never had such good customer service with J Crew!

I have always had that wonderful customer service with Talbots and Ann Taylor, though. I am very happy many of the JCA's have discovered Ann Taylor.

I will let everyone know when I receive my order-hopefully it will further reccommend Robin.

  109. I forgot to mention that J Crew at St. Louis Galleria has $25 off of a $150 purchase (as mentioned in an earlier post here) now through maybe the 14th. The PS, Robin said if they didn't have an item you wanted she would order and you could have the $25 off and free shipping. I was pleased that the Galleria would apply the $25 coupon for customers who weren't able to come into the store as I live to far away to pop in.

  110. Hi Carla, you're lucky to have such nice SA! I ordered the Luciana lace heels too through another store... the store manager was nice enough to honor the extra 20% (since the promo is online only) but I'd have to pay the shipping since it's on sale... but she added another item for me (@ full price) with no extra shipping charges.
