Take an Extra 20% Off Madewell Sale

"Thanks!" to  many of you, who shared the following email & promotion.

Madewell is offering 20% off sale with promotional code META20. This offer expires June 1, 2016. The fine print includes:
Offer valid on the purchase of sale items in Madewell stores and at madewell.com from May 27, 2016, 12:01am ET through June 1, 2016, 11:59pm ET. Offer not valid on phone orders. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in combination with any other offer. In-store discount automatically taken at the register. To redeem online, enter code META20 in the promo code box at checkout. Limit one promotional code per order. Terms of offer are subject to change. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Definitely worth a peek or two to see if the item you are interested in is priced right or popped back in stock. Especially since new items have been marked down on sale and promotional prices. But some items are final sale too. Double check the cart before submitting an order.

    because there's only two months left till early fall merchandise arrives.

    I was kind of disappointed in this promotion because it had been 30 percent off sale for a couple of days before it was switched to 20 percent, and all of the sale items stayed the same price. the promo items dropped a bit in price when the 20 percent promo started, but overall I thought this was kind of a lackluster memorial day promo. also hoping that some more newish items hit sale this week, or at least that older items get a few additional cuts.

      Roxana Hadadi, it's 30% off sale in store and no final sale. If you don't have a store near you, you might call one to see if they have what you're wanting.

      yeah, I stopped by my local store the other day, and they did have 30 percent off. they're always very nice and I definitely appreciate them. I guess I was just surprised that madewell online would scale back to 20 percent when it seems like there are so many items in the sale section that have been lingering for weeks.
