"Looking to LOVE" with J.Crew

  1. I recall reading from other JCAs that the "waitlist" option was not offered anymore from J.Crew. I guess it is alive and well because after a Collection item was snatched (snatched I say!) from my cart as I was about to place an order, I spoke with a VPS who said she would put me on the waitlist for the item at the current selling price and promotion (sale + 40%) off. I stalked the item myself on the website, but never found it. I received an order notification early this week and the item was delivered yesterday. And I love it! No other retailers that I have ordered from seem to offer this option. Thanks JC for the great customer service!
