Another Jenna Lyons' OOTD on Garance Dore

A big "thanks!" to Fabulous Florida Mommy (in this post), who shared the following news with us: J.Crew's Creative Director, Jenna Lyons, was spotted over at Garance Dore fashion blog (click here).

As for Jenna... she looks gorgeous in the first photo. However, the full-length shot of the entire outfit is a bit "meh". Swap those sneakers with a pair of Sperry Top-Sider® for J.Crew Shearwater boots. Amiright?!? ;)

What are your thoughts on Jenna Lyons' outfit? In general, do you like her personal style? Would you emulate it? :)

    I can't get over how pretty she looks without the huge glasses and the garish lip color.

    Yes, Alexis I totally agree with you. I've noticed quite a few of the big fashion bloggers attending fashion week, publishing photos of thier OOTD, with wet, snow and salt soaked shoes or booties. There are so many great looking waterproof footwear options!

      Suzy, I know what you mean! :) I saw a few photos of attendees wearing a variety of shoes that I thought were totally impossible to wear with the weather on the ground. I just kept thinking, "how are they not falling?" Do you think they have a real pair of shoes in their bags? That is probably what I would have done if I had to wear my pretty shoes out...

      And if one is going to wear sneakers like Jenna, a casual footwear option, why not go with something like the Sperry boot!? ;)

    I actually like her outfit, head to toe. Definitely not anything I would wear, but she looks great! :)

    Glasses/Snow equals messy disaster. I always groan when I want to wear my glasses and there is ucky weather outside. Sometimes I want to be lazy and not put in the contacts, you know? I suspect that Jenna's glasses are not her "lazy day" accessory, though.

    So good or bad, her favorite accessory had to stay at home because of the weather (or they are in her pocket).

    Thank you for the mention, Alexis! I agree that Jenna looks so pretty in these photos without her glasses and normal shade of lipstick. I really like her coat, too.
