Become a Fan of J.Crew's Facebook Page {part 3}

As mentioned in earlier posts (refer here and here), J.Crew is offering free shipping for becoming a fan -or- are an existing fan of J.Crew's Facebook page (click here). On J.Crew's wall, J.Crew is offering free shipping (no minimum) with promo code JCREWFAN. This offer expires 10/31/09. {wahoo!}

Would you believe I haven't even taken advantage of the other code and I doubt I will take advantage of this code. Unfortunately, there is nothing I am interesting in getting right now. There is finally an amazing free shipping offer and I am not taking advantage of it. :(

Did you take advantage of the last (JCREWADDICT) offer? Are you planning to take advantage of this current offer? If so, what items are you planning to get?

  1. I'm disappointed too. I've been going to the website all week trying to take advantage of the shipping code, but I'm just not finding anything!

  2. I got some of the deco patent belts (which I LOVE) but that's it. It was nice to buy such a low-priced item and not have to pay exorbitant shipping costs.

    Is it just me, or was the Forever cardi on sale a few days ago for $59? Now it's back up to fp. I could have sworn that it was on sale...

  5. AppGal: The "sweet guava" color Forever Cardigan was on sale, but I don't think the other colors were.

  6. I used the JCADDICT code yesterday and I am so excited for my new clothes! :)

  7. Has anyone tried the wool blend rib tights? Are they itchy at all or comfortable? I love hosiery made in Italy, it always fits nicer and lasts longer than the domestic stuff IMO. And these could be pretty warm tights.

    TIA

  8. I did actually take advantage of my free shipping offer from before (that expires on Nov. 1st) and this morning I ordered the Anton Sweater to go my with Paisley Button Down (thanks to the recent IRL photos posted by Tres Tippy -- thanks so much, btw!) Otherwise I feel the same - really nothing I want at the moment, and the few things I *do* want -- like the Cashmere tie-front cardigan in mustard -- sold out immediately (allegedly).

  9. Thanks, Angie. That makes sense...wish the Bright Hydrangea color would go on sale :)

  12. I used the code yesterday on the Madewell Patent leather oxfords and a couple of the boyfriend style v- necks Ts. Unfortunately, I had to size down a half size on the shoes because my true size is sold out. Crossing fingers that they will fit! Otherwise, I will be paying the lovely return shipping fees ;P

  13. AppGal-there was a blue forever cardigan that WAS on sale online but must have sold out. I bought it last week for $49.99 on sale at the store. Although it's looks just like that hydrangea color, it rang up as under a different name. VERY similar. Check a store if you can.

    I ordered two Always Cardigans under the Weekend Lounge section. Super soft cotton tee material-but a bit heavier. Under $30 each!

  14. AppGal-sorry, I purchased it for $59.99 not $49.99. Just wanted to clarify.

  16. I was able to use this code to buy my husband a belt and the grosgrain ribbon perfect tee for myself. I'm considering the baby ruffle mini now, any reviews on this cute little skirt?

  17. ShuLvr: About the wool tights, they are not itchy at all, but..they don't have much stretch to them. I bought my first pair in the S-M size and they did not fit well. I usually wear this size in tights. I bought my second pair in the larger size and they feel much more comfortable and I am not afraid of ripping them. Hope this helps!
