Here is another coupon code that might be useful for some of you J.Crew Aficionadas...
"Thanks!" to Kellyanne311 who let us know in the "Off on a tangent: 10% Off Any Order at the Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Piperlime" post that Anthropolgie (click here for their website) is offering free shipping for purchases of $150+ with promo code DREAMS (all uppercase). (Not sure when this expires though.)
Thanks, this is awesome! I love Anthropologie as well!
ReplyDeleteYes! I used that code yesterday to place an order with Anthropologie. Love that store too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the code! I have not as yet purchased anything from Anthropologie, but have looked through many of their catalogs, and like alot of the clothes and homegoods they offer...the Anthropogie store is just 2 doors down from my J.Crew in the Mall, so I may go check it out next time I am over there. :)
ReplyDeleteyou're welcome! the site i found it on said it is already expired, but i guess they haven't deactivated it yet, b/c it worked for me yesterday :)
ReplyDeleteSome of the most feminine confections I own were purchased at Anthropologie. Their tops are gorgeous and last for YEARS (both in terms of quality and style).
ReplyDeleteThanks, kellyanne and alexis! Anthropologie is my go-to whenever I've exhausted all things J.Crew. =)
ReplyDeleteThe nearest Anthropologie is about a 40 minute drive, so I don't shop there very much.... They don't offer free shipping coupons very often, otherwise I'm sure I would visit their site more often. I did buy a white shirtdress there 2 years ago that I always get compliments on. The styling is perfect, there's a wonderful texture in the fabric, and the sleeves are just a bit more special than the norm making it a really classic yet unique piece. I would say thier things are a bit more "romantic" than I usually go for, but there's always at least one thing in thier collection (usually a dress or a blouse) that I'll lust when I do browse the site.
ReplyDeletethank you kellyanne and alexis: i love anthropologie although i only have a few things from there (most of their stuff is like eye candy for me)...but i was eying a couple of jackets (one is online only) and just happened to be looking for a coupon the other day. :)
ReplyDeleteSubterfuge Jacket
Pinch Hitter Jacket
BUT most likely i will be holding out for the perfect red sweater jacket from jcrew this fall/winter ;)
i have a pair of black pinstriped short pants that are cuffed and hit just below the knee. i LOVE them and the quality/tailoring is very good. and i do love their home stuff...it's great for gifts!!
ccbmum: both of those jackets are supercute! I would have a hard time deciding...
ReplyDeleteI agree with FFM that both of those jackets are super cute AND have super wonderful prices as well. The first one looks like the Tulip/Fiona/Butterfly jackets from J Crew and the second reminds me of the red corduroy jacket I got last year from J Crew (can't think of the name offhand). It's the little feminine details that Anthropologie has that makes their clothing special in my opinion.
ReplyDeletethank you for posting this! anthropologie NEVER gives out free shipping codes, so I'm thrilled to see you post one :)
ReplyDelete(and I adore that store as well. It's a good place for whimiscial, floaty pieces that are still built to last)
Thanks for the anthro code! And just an fyi for everyone: FREESHIP is apparently no longer working on the jcrew site.
ReplyDeletealexis: FREESHIP and SALEJULY don't work anymore. :(
ReplyDeleteEddie & Stretch's Momma & ccbmum & auryane & LP: Definitely the thanks goes to Kellyanne. Also, I know RetailMeNot has a LOT of updated codes for Anthropologie, if you are interested. :)
ReplyDeleteFabulousFloridaMommy: I hoped that J.Crew would keep the FREESHIP offer going while their website was still not functioning properly. Oh well! Maybe this is an indicator that the website will soon work properly. :)
Anthrpologie has this "club card" you can get.... not a credit card--you simply sign up (name, address, phone, email) and you get this card that you use and you NEVER pay for shipping! I guess they started this around the holidays 2007 and it was a hit. I heard about it earlier this year when I was interested in purchasing some rugs-- so the girl in the store mentioned this program. No gimmicks, no minimum buy and I have never rec'd any soliticting calls.... Will send information later (when I get home from work) on how to obtain.....

ReplyDeleteNicole R: That is fantastic about Anthroplogie! I have not heard about that club card program. I would love to know more about it. :) Thank you so much for letting us know about it too!
ReplyDeletethe club card is called ANTHRO and I think you can sign up for it online--just enter ANTHRO in Anthropologie's search. Alas, the free shipping if you are an Anthro card holder no longer works,I think they stopped that promo maybe in May or June?
ReplyDeletefree+shippingkidsThank you very much for this great post.
