    OT (regarding Elaine's A&F article):
    Has anyone ever heard of JC banning customers for returning too much stuff even within return window with tags attached and receipts?? I read somewhere that Anthro does this.

    I'm sort of surprised that they consider $1,000 a year to be a lot of money spent at one store.....o_O

    Personally I agree with the reporter, it doesn't seem as though A & F had any real reason to ban that customer?! They need to offer more compensation as goodwill eg a hefty giftcard or something, I mean $1000 a year if she and her husband were both wearing their clothes...really.

    Thanks for the link to the article. I thought it was hilarious. I doubt many other companies have the same policy, b/c I would have been banned as well already.

    I wish only bought $1000 from Jcrew a year. More like every other month. I can't say I've ever bought one article of clothing from A&F. It's for young people right? When I was that young, I don't think there was a A&F or wan't popular.
