Sought & Found: Did you visit J.Crew this {past} Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopped by a J.Crew store this past weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store was/ is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

  1. I stopped in over the weekend to browse. I love the look of the sleeveless drapey popover and the striped eyelet skirt. I would have tried them on if I had time, but I added them to my wishlist online. They didn't have the earrings I want nor the things I want on sale. The women's sale section was HUGE, though--and everything was an extra 50% off. I was surprised to see the store quite busy, though admittedly mostly in the sale section. They also had other random sales going (like 25% off jewelry and I believe 20% off for cardmembers).

  2. I did not go by the store but I did go to the post office to pick up my surepost package that the nice postal worker found for me. Shout out to the post office!!! I was pleasantly suprised with both of the skirts I ordered from factory, the roz floral and the black cream zig zag ikat. The quality was very nice, they are both lined. The fabric is substantial and the fit was right on. I am wearing the roz floral today and I am very pleased.

  3. FYI - J.Crew has created June '15 Style Guide on their Pinterest account. New stuff will roll-out Monday 5/18.

  4. I checked out the Eaton Centre location in Toronto today and they had an additional 50%-off sale items, which was surprisingly full of new merchandise compared to how stale it's been for weeks. I got the metallic linen crossover shorts for around $30, which I'd been eying for awhile, but didn't want to pay anywhere near full price for when I doubt I'll wear them often, and the navy silk infinity scarf with the white and blue dots. There were a lot of thin, boxy tank tops in the sale section as well, along with some decent necklaces and longer-sleeve shirts, and there were quite a few of the mid-weight striped tees everyone liked from one of the earlier spring roll-outs, albeit only in the navy and periwinkle colour.

    1. I wasn't interested in this skirt until I saw it on you, Rynetta. JCrew should pay you a commission. Love it!
