Weekly Share: Other JCrew-like Retailers

This is the weekly "Other JCrew-like Retailers" post (similar to the "Off On A Tangent" posts), where we can share our finds from other retailers that have offerings similar to J.Crew (like Anthropologie, LE Canvas, Gap, BR, Talbots, Ann Taylor, and the like.)

If you have recently encountered items that are similar to J.Crew, maybe you might be willing to share that information with us in this post.

    Dang, you all, I am so sorry...the 25% is off everything in the "regular" section, all that is in clearance section is exempted from the extra 25% which is status quo for Boden.

    That said, the regular section has some regular "promo" priced items (like the Gorgeous Cashmere Cardigan, which I just received and luurrvve) that you can use the additional 25% off on, which brings the prices down quite a bit (gorgeous cashmere cardigan is $136 instead of $228).

    Hope that helps a bit more!!!

    Thanks for the Lands' End heads-up--I picked up a 2-ply cashmere sweater from Overstocks for $30 shipped (added a filler item from kids sale to get over $50 before discount for the free shipping). Here's hoping it fits, as I bought a petite size during a prior 25% sale and it was way too short, even though I'm 5'2" and short-waisted.

    Talbots has an awesome code out right now... "adorn" gets you 30% off one shoe/accessory, 40% off two, or 50% off 3 or more... and it applies to sale items. Also, free shipping over $100.

    HAs anyone seen the floral jacquard crop pants( elevenes) at Anthro? They are lined, well made and gorgeous!!And I think they are priced at $128 or $148, way less than the unlined ones at our favorite retailer

    Just back from Talbots, which had 3 great promos -- the shoes/accessories one, 30% off full-price, and 50% off outerwear/jackets.

    I posted reviews
    of the pretty Down Vest, and the adorable Luster Double-Faced Wool Top (which is a much cuter and well-done version of JC's button-back top).
