"Thanks!" to many of you, including HeidiG, Marietta, as well as Lauren S. & Kate (in this post), who shared the following news & email J.Crew sent this morning.
As mentioned in the November 4th "J.Crew Updates Website With New Arrivals Today!" post, J.Crew is offering their the Very Best Gift Guide services online. According to the email, "we made it easy for you- a selection of gifts to surprise and delight".
J.Crew is also offering free shipping on orders of $100+ with promo code GIFTGUIDE, $125+ with promo code GIFTGUIDE09, $150+ with promo code GIFT and $175+ with promo code GIFT09. These offers expire 11/11/09.
Have you checked out the Very Best Gift Guide? Do you agree or disagree with the choices selected?
Alexis, here's another code to add:
ReplyDeleteGIFTGUIDE09 on all orders $125 or more.
Thank you Lauren S. for sharing that code!!! I have gone ahead and updated this post and the main page sidebar with codes. :)
ReplyDeleteI want to see that necklace on the left hand side of the email on the wbsite-it's not there yet.
ReplyDeletehee. one of the $25 and under items for her - the silk bouquet sash - is $35.
ReplyDeleteAlexis, I've got another code also:
ReplyDeleteGIFTGUIDE for all orders over $100.
JCrewLover: Now I am curious about that necklace too! :)
ReplyDeleteGirlification of Jules: Good catch on that one! :)
Kate: Thank you so much for sharing that code too! I just updated the post and code section with it. :)
YAY!!! Thanks for all the other codes girls!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the codes!!!

OT: Has anyone tried on the duffle coat? If so, is it warm and/or TTS? Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for all the free shipping codes!
ReplyDeleteI must not be in the right circle of friends -- I can't think of a single person I would gift anything from J.Crew to - except for myself (of course!) I dunno, do random people you know get excited over receiving solid-colored tanks as holiday gifts? Really? Although....I could see getting the Schleich® Kangaroo - for someone. Okay, I don't know who...I guess that would be me again. Seriously - I wish they'd have a feature where you could set up a wish list for yourself to send to other people. Now that'd be something I'd sign up for!
The two items most prominently featured in the picture are not available yet. It is fine and a charming picture, but why would they decide to use it? Seems like a weird choice to me.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if anyone has ever bought the shoe of the month club? (or cashemere or jewelry)?
ReplyDeleteSomeone posted last year about getting the shoe of the month. Alexis did a seperate post about it. try searching for it on this blog.
ReplyDeleteRatsonParade, LOL at your line about knowing people who'd get excited over getting solid color tanks as gifts. Like you, I'm the only person I know who would be thrilled to get something from the JCrew list. But I did just buy my five year old niece a crewcuts necklace :)
ReplyDeleteRats on Parade and Heidi, there is a website called BoxedUp.com where you can post wish lists from any website on the internet, including J. Crew. It is kind of like a facebook-type website focused on gift-giving.
ReplyDeleteLauren --> I got my niece two of the beaded Crewcuts necklaces for Xmas as well. They're too cute!
ReplyDeleteHas anyone received a December or Holiday catalogue from JC yet? I wondered if they were out already.
ReplyDeleteNew items will be online this Thurday...got the word from my PS.
ReplyDeleteClicquot-- I got a new catalog at my B&M but still haven't seen it in the mail or to look at online. There are items in the catalog that I can't find online yet either.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the codes! :)
ReplyDeleteClicquot, I almost picked up a few of those necklaces for myself! I have a son, and I have to say that for me, the MiniBoden boy stuff is cuter overall, but for my niece, I love getting the crewcuts accessories.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the codes! The gift guide is too cute! I already see some things for my Christmas list :)
ReplyDelete-M.
