I broke down and ordered the ruffled Edelyn dress- I had a bunch of GCs from my birthday so the dress only cost me $3. And thank goodness for no final sale so I can return it if necessary.
I just ordered two tank tops on sale for a total of less than $15. No minimum rocks! I bought only what I needed and can pay cash for!
Has anyone experienced delayed shipping on their small orders using these codes lately? I have, and JC CS attitude was wait, no explanation why the parcel is held up, they didn't even bother checking with shipping like they have in the past.
Very small update this AM ... a little jewelry, twisted rope and cylinder necklaces are 19.99, piano key necklace in crystal and black are 29.99. HTH someone.

casual-crew: I've noticed a lag time with my FB orders as well - normally (well okay, sometimes) I'll get a shipping notification the same day as I place my order. Or at least I had there for about a month or so. This last order took approx. a whole week before it actually shipped!

I've had several items in my shopping cart for over a week now. I'm still trying to hold out for a 20% PLUS free shipping code. I figure there MUST be one coming up soon, right?
I placed an order without using the Facebook code and there was a 2-day delay in shipping for me as well. I think their order volume is starting to go up for the holidays.
No matter wether I use a free ship code, or have paid for shipping, it has always taken a few days before my order ships, and then takes about 5 days to get here. I don't know if it's because i live on the west coast or not.
If you're willing to pay a little bit for shipping, what about using the FS code and adding 2 day for $7 or whatever it is. Wouldn't they ship your items sooner based on that?
If I've had a largish order, I will use the FS and then ship overnight for $15. Yes, it's defeating the purpose of FS, but I get it immediately and if the order is larger, I can justify it to myself somehow considering I've paid more for standard shipping on an order of $200.
Laura: It is the little orders that always have the problems, my larger ones ship out very fast with little or no issues.
How odd. I've placed several orders over the past two weeks using the free shipping codes and I've always gotten my order in 4 days from the time it was placed. I do live near the NJ distribution center so maybe it has a lot to do with location.
Casual Crew, I believe it. I ordered the navy check shirt a couple of days ago and it still hasn't shipped. They didn't say it was backordered at the time either. I see online that it now is so I'm wondering. I have been charged however...
Most of my orders have "shipped" right away, but take a week+ to get here. I think it's because I'm on the west coast.
Laura: If you have been charged do you have a tracking#, and is your order still Open? I am asking because I think JC have been experiencing some computer problems (surprise surprise)! and have not been updating their shipments.

re: shipping... I placed an order a couple weeks ago with two items, and had one shipped to me, in OH, and one to my mom, in NC. Hers got there in literally 2 days, and mine took a week. It totally depends on where you live. Oh, and that was when I had free shipping no minimum just from logging into my acct.
I didn't get this email, but I just checked out with one t-shirt and it automatically gave me free shipping (when I logged on to my account). Yay!!
Thanks for the code. I ordered the Chimera jacket as it was down from $248 to only $99. What a deal!!!! Looks like this may have been the last of the free no minimum Facebook codes for a while with the new arrival out.
