Vent/PSA:
ReplyDeleteI ordered the Factory Addie Critter Loafers in gold anchor, expecting to receive two shoes with gold anchors on them. Nope. One shoe has an anchor, one shoe has a ship's wheel. This is not pictured on the website; only one shoe is shown. I contacted CS about this via chat, and the gal was super helpful: refunded me, made sure return shipping would not be charged, reordered the shoes after attempting to confirm this was an error, and then put a note in to have shipping verify that the shoes matched or else have the order cancelled. She even upgraded me to expedited shipping. Well, the 2nd pair of shoes arrived - and despite this girl's attempts, they were not checked. Once again, the shoes have 2 different designs....so this is how they're supposed to be, not an error. Returning again. And bummed. I would have really liked the shoes if they matched.
