  1. Just ordered the cashmere boyfriend cardigan in vivid flame (sized down to XS per item reviews online), and the double wool crepe long sleeve dress in the Brunswick blue color (fingers crossed it fits). Also picked up the drapey long sleeved ivory/navy striped long sleeve t. Anyone have any thoughts on the cashmere cardigan or the wool crepe dress? Those two are big "ifs" for me and will return if the fit is wonky.

    1. Jennifer- I tried the wool crepe dress and like several other reviewers the fit and proportions were off for me. I am 5ft 4 and it seems like the shorter girls had fit issues. If you are taller it may work. The blue color is beautiful! HTH

    2. Thanks Jess! I am 5'6" so not super tall so will have to see for fit then... Am fully prepared to return it.

    3. I have that dress in both that blue and the black (and I usually don't buy multiples). I love it, but for reference I am 5'11", about 135, broad shoulders, B cup-ish. I have the tall 4 and the 4 is a little big but I always size for my shoulders so they're not tight. Great work dress in my opinion (yay sleeves!). I hope it works out for you but as you say, you're already mentally prepared to return if need be.

    4. I bought the cardigan in vivid flame...I didn't find it to be the right red for my colouring which was disappointing. I do have a hard time finding reds that suit me though. Quality etc seemed good though.

  3. I took advantage of this sale and ordered a Swarovski crystal necklace from the sale section and the chambray Patio Pants. I am hoping those don't stretch out like the bi-stretch cotton seems to. I would have ordered the Ponte Pants, but they were not part of the promotion.

  4. Ordered the gingham Martie, not a bad deal with the 30% off and 6% ebates. Hoping it ships as it goes from backordered to in stock to backordered again.

  5. So last week, I ordered the faux-leather pleated mini-skirt in navy, and I just noticed on my shipping confirmation that the item is listed on my invoice as the Sunburst Mini Skirt in Faux-Leather. Is this something I should be concerned about? I can't tell if J Crew just suddenly changed the name of the same item, or if they're sending something else. As far as I can tell, the sunburst skirt is a completely different item.

    1. Xan - As long as the style# is the same for what you ordered, I wouldn't be concerned. For now ;)
