ReplyDeleteDelayed love for some shoe clips that I got a couple of years ago, maybe. Both the Lulu Frost and J.Crew ones. I just rediscovered them in my closet and wore a green crystal one on my Martina in the Bluebird color. Soooo pretty! I kept getting compliments on the cute shoes and had to explain to one lady that they were old shoes with new clips.
ReplyDeleteWent to a store last night. Had some new cute things in the sale section and the stuff in the full price section was great! Nicest in a while...Didn't buy though because I just spent over 1,000 on a LV neverfull so need to cool it with spending for awhile

DeleteReally happy with my impulse buy of the navy leather moto jacket from J.Crew Factory. To get a substantial leather jacket that fits perfectly for under $200 is wild! It's stiffer than my black washed leather jacket from Madewell, but the style is pretty similar, and I am really pleasantly surprised at the quality.
ReplyDeleteI still feel kinda silly now having a black leather moto and a navy blue leather moto, but... I hope to get many years of wear out of both :-)
I don't wear black leather, but I would love the blue! To me the blue would be a bit of a softer look than the black, I'd have grabbed one too at that price.
DeleteWhile many clearance prices haven't changed in 4-5 months, I noticed a big price cut on the Sammie chinos yesterday and I was able to get CS to give me a price adjustment. They did tell me it was a one-time courtesy, but it saved me re-ordering, which I would have done to save $20. Its cold outside and those Sammies won't be seeing the light of day until next May!
ReplyDeleteRandom price cut on my favorite one piece bathing suit, the ruched bandeau, in tidewater. I picked it up in navy during the 40% off sale, but this one was half the price of that today. Also big shout out to CS: I returned two items in a box with another return from a different order but never received confirmation that they had been returned. I called to follow up and they expedited the return credit since it was still being processed 10 days later. -lep33shops

My birthday is next week...and don't get me started about how birthday discounts in December pretty much SUCK because regular discounts are so much better...but, I get a card for $25 off a purchase for my birthday, but it's a PROMO code, not an actual gift card code, so I can either get 40% off my purchase or I can use my $25 birthday promo? Does this make any sense?
ReplyDeleteYes, I got one of those too. I was getting ready to use it when I realized you had to put the code in the promo box. Maybe try to use it in store? It wouldn't hurt to ask, the worst that could happen is they say no;) Happy Birthday!

DeleteI love the unique runway items from Jcrew collection. I wore the gray flannel skirt with gold lamé fringe to a holiday party and it was perfect for dancing. I shared the outfit on my Instagram today. @shoppingcelle

DeleteGreat CS today. Called for a PA on silver sequin skirt & green sequin earrings. Didn't realize they were excluded from new promo but CS did it anyway. Yeah!!
ReplyDeleteI ordered some jcrew girls earrings, 'critter' gold elephants, and I love them. they're really tiny, but clearly elephants, and I think they'll be really fun for the holidays. plus since they were 'girls' they were only 7.50.
