"Looking to VENT" with J.Crew

This is the weekly "Looking to VENT with J.Crew" post, a place to share our not-so-stellar experiences with J.Crew.

If you have recently experienced a frustrating situation with J.Crew, maybe you might be willing to share that information with us in this post.

Please feel free to share your story on almost any topic— including poor experiences with purchases & orders, promotions/ offers, in-store visits, transactions with store associates, etc.

  1. It's great J.Crew has increased their tall offerings by what? Maybe two or three items. I really feel they're behind on this, and it's strange to me that Gap, BR, Eddie Bauer, Ann Taylor, Loft can do this, but they can't. Maybe they don't want to. I guess there's not enough in it for them, but it is disappointing to me. These companies have been copying J.Crew's designs for the past couple of years, and I sit here wishing the Crew would copy the amount of options Gap, BR, E. Bauer Ann Taylor and Loft customers have.
