Not gonna lie... Was expecting my boots from Madewell to be cancelled. They were a pop back on super sale. But they shipped! Hopefully nothing wrong with them... JCrew has me trained to expect the worst with sale pop backs.
ReplyDeleteI’ve mentioned Everlane choose what you pay and final sale is on. I got their modern boyfriend jean today in black in my usual toothpick size 24 and although they’re not quite as slouchy as a typical boyfriend jean I can tell they will loosen up nicely with wear. It’s a true black denim, not black twill. Sturdy with a little stretch. Posted pic and thoughts on IG @wearthislikethis.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of denim, what do we think is the up and coming shape? I personally have tried various types of crop flares and as much as I love the idea they never feel right to me.
I mostly live in my boyfriend or cross between boyfriend and straight. I wear skinny jeans in cold weather but hate them when it’s hot. I was contemplating a high rise skinny in black but think maybe a high rise straight if I can get the right fit might be more versatile. Speaking of straight leg, I tried the Everlane cheeky straight and 90s cheeky straight and didn’t think I loved them but now I realize they do look really good, it’s just a matter of if I want stretch or all cotton and which wash.
