    Still website issues!! I managed to order the Point Sur silk blouse in blossom (Carmel color). I love, love the black/white version!

      Did you notice the #2 tall pencils at $29? Black only.

      I bought one this morning!!!! Check again. I searched pencil, then went to reg size then tall. I just checked they have all three sizes

      Same, I had 15 off from catalog.... awesome price. I am 5.4 but don’t mind longer length. They also have pettie in black for $47 and grey for $65.... I am thinking about the grey.... but holding out for now....

      Congrats to everyone who scored the pencil skirt! I would have jumped on it if I didn't already have that same skirt from several years ago. It's very flattering.

    CS has been fantastic. I ordered Collection Cashmere Parke blazer since it finally hit sale & my order was cancelled (sad trombone). J Crew sent a $25 gift card. The jacket popped back, but in a larger size & alterations were required. I paid for them and then asked if JC would cover the cost ($45) and they credited my JC card! Also, after a frustrating experience with a rep, a manager matched the promo discount that was previously available on the Collection leather wrap skirt & overnighted it to me.

    Did anyone else have a large negative reward point balance that vanished after the website was restored? I had what looked like 20 returns (I have returns, but not more than I purchased!) but there were no details about the returns available. And I had -350 points, which seemed impossible. Now I have positive points again...

      HA! i'm trying to figure that out myself after receiving an email that said i had a $20 reward. but when i log in, nothing's there and everything's pending. and i returned a bunch of stuff so that'll all change. i need a phd to figure it out.

    Katie Holmes seen in Jcrew Slim Perfect Liberty Shirt in Ochre Ivory on the Daily Mail website. Looks very nice on her. DM has a direct link to buy at Jcrew.com.
