60% off sale & no FS!

DeleteMost items are not FS, except for those that were previously in the 50%off section. My guess is that all sale will update to FS tomorrow, but this is only a guess.
DeleteIf you go to the main page and click on sale and then you will see it says take an extra 60 off final sale styles....so not sure what you are seeing where it is not final sale
DeleteRN it may say that but when you put items in your cart, not everything at extra 60% shows final sale.
DeleteAgree with Shopping Celle. When an item is final sale it says it in several places. Under the item description on the page there is a box, and when you put it in your cart it says Final Sale (in red I think). I mentioned below out of all the items I was trying the only one that was marked final sale on the item page and in my cart was the striped lace up dress (which I Decided against anyway.)
DeleteMaybe it's a glitch and tomorrow we will probably see about 1000 more items 60% off and Final Sale, but who knows the mysteries...including why the new bell sleeve cold shoulder too has been showing up under sale and 60%off and it's still a pre order item. Sometimes I think they do that to get early feedback.
Kicking myself for buying some things in store final sale earlier this week! I did write an e-mail seeing if they would be kind enough to do a PA on an in-store purchase...we'll see if CS is feeling generous. I showed restraint tonight and only ordered one thing. Honestly, even with the great discount there's not much in the sale section that was catching my eye. Here's hoping for a full price promo some time this upcoming week for the few new arrivals that I'm intrigued by.
ReplyDeleteI had just gotten three orders price-adjusted to 50% off-eyeroll. Just ordered a sweater and sweatshirt, but that's all I could see myself wearing out of the sale section. Please, someone buy the Drake's giraffe skinny scarf for $18-I almost adopted it, but my scarf shelter is already over capacity.
ReplyDelete:) Sorry about the PA, though. I had also just had something adjusted, but they shorted me $5. I had bought it in store for $54 a week ago. Today it is down to $16. Since they didn't get it right, I am just repurchasing it. Eye roll indeed.
DeleteWow-$54 to $16 is quite a plummet. On a whim, I replied to one of my adjustment emails and just thanked CS for always being so helpful, then mentioned the new promo and the three sale orders I've placed in the last week 😳. I got a sweet reply with new totals for all three orders. Hard to beat that!
DeleteI couldn't resist the 60% off. Not much in the sale section catching my eye, but I love the featherweight cashmere, and they are a great deal if your size is available. I can wear these spring, summer, and fall so they are a steal at $40-$50
ReplyDeleteOrdered a bunch of stuff in the next size up for my oldest daughter between the retail and factory 60% off. $150 for 6 dresses, 4 tops, and a couple of skirts. That is a total win!

I had been waiting on these because I was avoiding another detour down Price Adjustment Ave. (Only received one a few times, but that is enough for me). I don't wear sneakers, so I'm hoping these work with my wardrobe IRL.
ReplyDeleteI ordered a few things to try. The wide brim hat with leather trim...if it works for my small head is a great deal for under $20. Also trying the linen ruffle skirt in white (ordered two sizes) and the post card print shorts in black. Not sure I love the print but I do love the cut of the shorts. Garment dyed utility popover in the green, love how this in tan was styled with the high waisted bow shorts and I'll do the same. Also got two of the scoopneck linen tanks as back up,

DeleteI'm such a dummy, my order didn't go through I just realized, but I was able to grab the chambray shirt dress which I was considering. I also had to stop myself from ordering the striped maxi dress. It DID show up as final sale and although I was thinking of it for loungewear, I know I tend to feel like Olive Oyl in that type of dress so even though the price is great I'm better off without it. I can wear the chambray dress around the house and hanging out too, and I think the fit will work better for me.

DeleteReordered the Gingham belted dress that has not shipped yet but didn't want the hassle of a Price adjustment. Also ordered a workout top and pair of capris, Lilly suede flats and the one shoulder ruffle eyelet top which for me is giving into trends but one trendy top for cheap is my limit. Nothing marked final sale for me either so I will return what doesn't work out. On a different topic hit the factory store and retail for returns yesterday. Found a pair of Madewell high rise skinny skinny jeans in white for $15 after the 50% off and a pair of black super 120 pants also $15. The store seemed to have a lot of retail pants but no dresses, tops or skirts. At retail I purchased the Green eyelet dress and lace up espadrilles in navy. Both were 50% off and they let me combine my $10 off your purchase coupon. I am really falling off the thoughtful purchases wagon but July is always a big spend for month for me with the summer clearance prices.

ReplyDeleteCouldn't help it - bit on the chino 4" inseam shorts, embroidered cotton top (even though I prefer white, I'll go with navy for $28), double V featherweight cashmere ($52!!) and bow top with embroidered trim (staggering $12).

Looks to be an exact replica of the silver sequin skirt from HO16 in a different color. That one ran large as well.

DeleteI tried on a gorgeous spaghetti-strap, midi fit & flare eyelet dress in stores. They only had a few sizes, but the SA was unable to look up the dress online, as it apparently is not yet in their system?
