For the shirt, it's style number 35236 in black. I think there may be a few different tartan shirts.
DeleteI was able to do a live chat this morning and the sales person helped me find the excursion quilted vest in XXS in warm bisque at a store somewhere. He even allowed me to apply the 25% off and they will ship it to me soon. So for anyone looking for the excursion vest this method is worth a try, especially since they are offering 25% off today only!

JCrew factory has a glitter bell skirt in the girls' section. Since you're tiny, it might work for you. I'm a size 0/2 and the girls 14 skirt usually fits me in the waist.
